Fairly nice place. Lots of permanent residents. We were out by the road on Main St. so it was a bit noisy from traffic. Facilities were ok. Wash/dry machines were always full. The most frustrating part was the office trying to tell us we didn’t pay. Had to give them a copy of credit card statement to prove we did. Then the day we left we get a call again from the office saying we got propane twice and only paid once. We only got propane once. And paid for it and have proof we paid for it. So office records aren’t very well managed. Was central location in town. Close to everything.

Can’t say a thing bad about this park. Lots of shopping and restaurants close. Several Casinos off the strip nearby. Easy access. The sites are large enough to park your vehicle next to your rig. Office staff are great. They also accept mail and packages and call you when they arrive. Nice laundry area with many machines. Pool and bathhouses. Clean and taken care off. Will definitely use again when back in town.

Our first boondocking attempt after having solar installed. We stayed on the front right side. Not very crowded in the front. Only trade off is some hwy noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Close to town and the RV pit stop. You can get water and dump for a fee. They did stop taking trash as it was the end of the winter busy season. That was the only difficulty was getting rid of your trash.

Where to start. Arrived 30ft TT two slides and tow vehicle ( they don’t account for that). They first tried to give us a site 8ft wide with a fire hydrant in middle of it. Go back to office they give us map with 8 sites listed tell us go find one and tell us which you took. Found one barely fit into and reported it in person to office. No where to park truck so we got creative. Neighbor shows up not there fault at all. Office tells them park in 763 no one else around you. Five wheel with big slides that came to our steps at door. The staff is completely ignorant of sites and placement of rigs and sizes. They parked a camper van in a 40ft class a spot pull thru. We get knock at door asked why we are in spot. We don’t belong we explained we changed on day one this is day 5. So frustrated. sites are sand and you sink. Never again. Would rather park at Walmart. Also bathrooms and showers are nasty dirty clogged toilets. Laundry had 14 washers with 8 broke and 12 dryers with 5 broke.

Close proximity to Wall drug and the Badlands. However the park could use some attention. Potholes and huge ruts made it difficult to maneuver. Site size was decent. Showers are tiny and water is warm but not hot. Was not impressed with employee attitude when we arrived. Overall was just ok.

Love the park. Cafe is a nice convenience. The lake is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is the females bathroom. Other than aesthetics (it could use a good renovation), there is one shower and the door does not lock at all. It free flows both directions. There is no shower head only a handheld that you have to set down on the shower seat while you wash (😳). Water pressure is mediocre. Rinsing hair with one hand doesn’t work that great. So trying to rinse my hair with a handheld in one hand and getting the soap out of my hair with the other hand while water and soap runs into my eyes and no hands left to wipe them off AND standing backwards in the shower watching the door to make sure nobody comes in (especially kids that like to swing open everything), needless to say was not a very pleasant experience. Park is a bit noisier than most I’ve stayed at. No quiet times. People walking right up to and around your rig and windows too. Have been startled several times with people right next to my windows. And a train track that runs quite frequently next to the park. Even at night. Annoyances, but like I said it is beautiful and shady here. So if you’re not terribly picky this is a good place. If you are persnickety, you’ve been warned.

Nice spot site 31 is. Very nice lady in office. Laundry and bath facilities are clean. Enjoyed our time there. Best park in Pocatello. Will definitely stay again.

Site 29 was awesome. End corner facing the water on two sides. Packed gravel was easy to drive and park on. Three dumpsters and dump station available. The bathroom showers were the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. First time one of the two showers didn’t work and the other was only cold water. It was late evening so went with hubby to men’s showers and took one there. The next time one women’s shower worked but so hot you couldn’t stand under it. No controls to adjust water temp. Only a button to push to turn it on. Other than that it was fairly quiet while we were there. It is spring so it rained quite a bit. But it was ok. Views were awesome. Beavers drive inn was absolutely awesome food. Mikes food town in Beaver is a nice smaller grocery store. Will definitely be back next year.
