The Laughlin/Avi Casino KOA Journey is located on the beautiful banks of the Colorado River, about 11 miles from the Laughlin strip. The campground is directly across the street from the casino resort, with 24-hour shuttle service available. As a KOA guest, you'll have free access to Avi Resort and Casino's private beach, pool, boat launch and fitness center. You'll also find a Vegas-stye casino with slots and table games, a bingo hall, keno and a sports book. Enjoy one of eight dining options including fine dining at MoonShadow Grille, a date night at Ristorante Avianos or a casual meal by the beach at the new Aha Cantina. • Site is level, gravel and dirt
• Internet is okay
• Cable is bad, very poor reception
• Showers have lots of pressure, but temperature is hard to control, in one stall absolutely no hot water, next stall did have hot water
• Showers are DIRTY, wear your shower shoes
• Laundry room closed indefinitely
• This KOA really has nothing to offer, it’s beside a very lousy casino
• Lots of rules, including “no working on your RV”, but the guy two stalls over can rebuild his motorcycle with no issues
• There are many other options for camping in this area
