Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on May 23, 2023We stayed here in August 2017 while visiting family. Staff is great, facilities are clean, location was perfect for our needs. Sites are tight and closely spaced, thankfully there was no one in the site across from ours otherwise would have been a challenge getting backed in given the fairly narrow road. Met our needs for 3 days, but wouldn't stay there much longer than that unless sightseeing or doing other things away from camp.
Be sure to check out the Museum of Clean while you're in Pocatello...one of a kind!

We called ahead and were told we could check in early, we pulled into a clean and quiet park with lots of green grass. Campsite was pretty level and had full hookups. The staff was awesome, bathrooms and showers were clean and modern. Good Sam price made it affordable.Park is near everything, food, gas and ISU. We will be back.

Left Idaho Falls in the late afternoon. Pocatello was the perfect stop off point for the evening to decide the route for the next day. Cowboy is conveniently located about a mile off of the highway. We arrived after office hours, but they had their available sites clearly posted on the office door with maps. Good power and water pressure. Very quiet and clean park. Easy in and out. We checked in and paid the next morning when the office opened. The lady at the desk was very friendly. The office also had free coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

38’ fifth wheel was way too tight for this. We saw smaller tt’s having a hard time getting in and out. They have those double up so you are parking one in front of another. If you get there first you’re ok. If you’re the late one you have to back out!!! Lots of trash laying around. Go elsewhere!!! Anywhere!

This was our second stay here. We arrived in an early season snow storm, and the woman in the office was very welcoming and efficient. She informed us that temperatures were expected to get down around 16 deg. F that night and reminded us to disconnect our water hose.
This park has a lot of mature trees that are especially beautiful in the fall. Everything is well maintained and the restrooms and showers are large, bright and clean. WiFi worked well.
If you have the time, do take in the Museum of Clean. its a hoot!

Stayed one night while passing through. Park is easy to find and although the sites seem close together they are well spaced with beautiful mature trees. Our site was back in and again easy to maneuver. Very nice managers.

Sites paved and level. We were in a tandem site which is what most short term stays get. It was easy enough to back in with our 37ft fiver. Laundry was efficient and inexpensive. More than one bike trail nearby. Minutes to grocery, zoo and Museum of Clean. Able to stream with WiFi. For an urban park it was very quiet. Only issue is that people arrive after 10pm and disturb the peace.
