This is a brand new park in Richfield Utah. Close to Home Depot and Walmart in town. Office and showers (individual) are under construction. Very friendly people operating this new park. Quiet off road with open field around it. Large pull thru and back end spots. Lots of room for toys or tow vehicles. A must to check out this new park. I will definitely make this a yearly stay each summer.

This is my favorite place to Boondock in Quartzsite. Open and plenty of room to spread out. Fairly level most places. Pretty quiet. I feel safe there. Like most boondocking spots around here there are coyotes running around from dusk to Dawn. Just watch small pets out after dark.

Very clean well kept park. Paved sites are long and roomy. Offset so you don’t have neighbors peering in your windows. Nice bathroom/shower combo in individual rooms - not communal area. RV supply store in office and propane fills available. Pool table / air hockey and arcade games to bide your time while using the laundry facility. Small pool great for smaller children - 4 ft deep. Awesome staff - very friendly and helpful. Great spot out of town but close to Bryan and College Station. Will definitely return.

Can’t say anything bad about this RV park. Only 14 sites but nice gravel sites with grass in between. Quiet. Trash receptacles between each site. Friendly and easy to deal with. Fun to have casino and cafe next door. Would only recommend the cafe, not the buffet. But overall very nice stay.

First off you have to make a UTurn at the light to get into the park. Can be a real pain if you are long. Typical RV park setting on gravel. Not much room for parking your vehicle. No office on site. Must go to Casablanca Casino to check in. Laundry facilities weren’t all in working order. Didn’t use bathrooms. Ok for a night or two. We usually stay for 6-7 days. That was a bit much.

Quaint little park outside city limits, tucked into farm properties. Large site and friendly owners. The only thing that bothered me was we called to book reservations months ago and was told they would give us the passport America rate for our entire stay. Then we get here and are charged more - now they can’t honor what they told us when we set up the reservation.

Small RV park with cute little cabins (B&B). Very nice owners. Quiet. Pretty landscaped mountain behind RV area. Out of the city a bit. But still very close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Decent BLM land in Brenda off 60 hwy. Nice convenient store right up the road. Also has a sandwich shop. Fairly clean. A couple of bbq grills left. But no other trash. Quiet. Lots of room to disperse. Our site was remarkably level.

We stayed all summer last year. Enjoyed our stay and the people that operate the park. So we booked again this summer. We work remotely FT and RV FT. Last year internet was doable mostly. One TMobile tower was down for upgrade. This year the TMobile tower upgrade is complete. However the park changed to a new Wi-Fi which is plugged into at the electric tower and requires a router to use. If you don’t have one you can purchase one at Walmart for $250. SMH. We do have our own v-sim service that connects to any carrier that is in the area. It wouldn’t work. Upon talking to the carrier they checked the map for the park and when they installed new Wi-Fi they throttled other carriers down to 4% in the park. We had a router that would work and we plugged it up. First morning-NO internet. Can’t use our internet because the coverage has been throttled down to nothing. I can leave the park and get internet fine at the gas station parking lot down the road. Complained and was told that yes the Wi-Fi was on and off. Ot goes down quite a bit. That’s not acceptable when you kill the service I bring with me and force us to use yours - that you are aware doesn’t work.

Then the park has large shade trees. Nice for shade, however the high winds that Utah experiences makes the cottonwood trees live limbs to break in huge pieces and litters the park. They are constantly picking up limbs and putting them in the corner of the park. Well, we were under a humongous tree and we had a few little branches fall on our roof. Then a huge bang and a 8-9 ft section of the tree fell on our rig and made quite a big dent. Went to the office to advise what happened and were told that cottonwood trees do that. They break easily. Asked if we could be moved to another area until the winds dies down. We were told NO!

So unable to work due to unreliable Wi-Fi. Unable to use my own Wi-Fi which was being blocked down to 4%. And damage to our rig because they have huge trees that they ‘know’ easily break. And were not accommodating especially after staying with them last summer and returning again. I couldn’t let my rig or person be hit by a larger limb. This is my FT home. Very very disappointed. Left and went to another park in town for the summer. Lightening fast Wi-Fi and no large trees to damage my home or kill me if I step outside my rig and get hit in the head. Uploaded pics of limb and dent to my hood.

We only stayed one night, but this park is nice, quiet and close to everything. Friendly staff. I20 is right in front of the park but I was surprised that we didn’t hear more hwy noise. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this park.
