The campground has vault toilets and potable water but no other amenities. Many sites are along the river which depending on the season may be loud with high flows. The highway and railroad are also adjacent so there is a some additional noise.
I'd say if you enjoy sitting by a river this is a good destination campground otherwise it's not a great destination. It's a good campground if you are here for other recreational activities or for a night while passing through.

It is right off the freeway so there is some ambient noise but it's not horribly loud.
We would stay her again, but it's not our favorite campground.

We stayed for two weeks in October. The fall colors and the lake are gorgeous.
We originally were in site 44, but the noise from I-90 was annoying, so we moved sites. The quietest sites are 27-36.
The sites are paved with designated tent pads. There is a little bit of undergrowth around the sites, but it does not over a lot of privacy.
The area is forested, so StarLink does not work well.

The campground is open grass with areas of trees. Little to no privacy between sites. Most sites do have a nice view of the lake. There is a dock with rental boats. You can get free wifi by the office. Coin-op showers. The staff is very friendly. The cell service (Verizon is fantastic).

It's an RV resort with tent camping and cabin/yurt rentals. The facilities are a bit dated but well maintained. There is a decent-sized fenced-in dog area.

The campground is well maintained with very clean facilities. The staff here is amazing. Everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us out (accommodating an extra night and having a spare part).

My partner and I stayed one night in preparation for living a remote van life.
The park itself is beautiful, a forested haven in the city but being close to SeaTac airport, planes are consistently flying over.
There are two adjacent camping areas but the upper one was closed. The lower area is primarily a grass bordered by the first. If you plan to spend time outside at your campsite, bringing a tarp or tent for shade is recommended. With no trees or bushes between sites, there is little to no privacy.
The restrooms and showers are single-person facilities and were some of the cleanest I have ever used in a state park.
As I only live 30 minutes away, I wouldn't choose to vacation here but it would be good for a night or two while traveling.

Cascades RV Resort is relatively new and still under construction.
Each site is paved and has a turf lawn and rock "yard". There is no privacy between sites.
There is coin-operated laundry and free showers.
There is a fully fenced dog area as well as waste bag/trash stands throughout the park.
It is right off Highway 2 but there is not too much traffic noise. You can hear the train in the distance.
There is free wifi available.

The campground is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Would be a great family vacation spot with many activities available.
Cell phone coverage is excellent at the lodge and the nearby sites but becomes more spotty the further out you get.

Overall this is a nice campground. It is well maintained, with the grass being watered nightly, and the bathrooms are clean. They do have a hefty list of rules, probably to keep it well-maintained. The sites have no privacy but are spacious and easy to back into.
Dogs are required to be on a leash, but there is an un-fenced off-leash area they are free to run as long as they are under voice command.
The biggest downside to this campground is the traffic noise. It is right off the highway, and the traffic does not let up. We stayed in Loop D, which is the closest to the highway, so the noise may be better in other loops.
They offer free wifi, which was a good enough signal for us to watch Netflix. Our Verizon service showed low bars but worked fine.
