“Cozy rest area outside of Seattle”
This is the perfect park to snuggle in for a cozy rest and stepping off point to the Seattle area. The park features 186 Full Hookup Sites (20,30,50 amps), 45 pull-throughs (it’s big rig friendly), 10 minivan sites with water and electric, and laundry, restrooms, and shower facilities. Enjoy the quiet country setting in this pristine valley with two small lakes, lots of grass and trees and a nearby natural wildlife habitat. All sites are separated with evergreen hedges, giving guests ample privacy. The 20-foot wide sites have paved pads, grass and picnic tables. The Park sits near great shopping, golfing, boating, fishing and sightseeing.

If you're looking for a place with full hookups that is relatively close to Seattle, this isn't a bad choice. It's tucked away off the road, with lots of greenery and trees for privacy. The park encircles some ponds that are nice, and there is a hiking trail that runs around the perimeter of the park. There's also a nice little laundry facility.
The price is high, which is probably to be expected for the area. Also, many of the sites are narrow, although pull-throughs are available. The only other down side: when we were there during September 2015, spiders were quick to string up their webs around the campground, so just watch where you stick your hand when working on your rig!
This is a lovely campground, though, and we'd definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay here. Our son plays tournament ball and we stayed here for his tournament in Everett. Only a 20 minute drive from the park.
The sites are very well maintained, with quite a large amount permanent campers. The bathroom/ shower facilities are very nice, as well as the laundry facility. The sites are all paved with picnic tables. We stayed at a site on the lake. There are several sites that are not on the lake, as well as pull throughs. There aren't any fire pits and portable wood burning fire pits are not allowed as the park is built on a peat bog. You can use a propane fire pit.

This was a good location to Seattle but still could be an hours drive depending on traffic.
There's a lot of care put into this park. The landscaping, the laundry facilities were well kept. The bathrooms were clean but dated. Trash cans everywhere and picked up frequently. Roads and sites were also kept in good condition.
Pros:
1. Immaculate grounds
2. Nice walking trails
3. Some privacy between sites with hedges
4. Good location to shops/activities
5. Great cell signal unboosted (ATT 60+ mbps, Verizon 8+)
6. Excellent laundry (lots of machines) with change machine and only $1 for wash and $1 for dry
7. Friendly staff/residents
Cons:
1. Sites not level even with jacks
2. Pricey (expected for the area)
3. Wifi was not really usable for me
4. Small sites

Nabbed the very last spot only a couple of days beforehand. Reservations people were friendly and the process was easy. I wish they had a website with at least a map of the camp sites. Bathrooms were clean, though we didn't use the showers. Seemed to be mostly full-timers here. Our spot was next to the lake and by the lake fountain and was indeed quite pleasant. Tall shrubs separated us from our neighbors. We arrived just after dark, and our best tip for you is to watch out for the duck poop! Most of the sites looked to be angled back-in sites.
We live in the area and were here for a test camp in our new trailer, so we didn't stay more than one night, but we'd consider it as a long stay possibility when we need to vacate our house for an upcoming remodel.
Another tip: The iPhone map app sent us through smaller roads to get here, which was completely unnecessary. Don't let your nav system take you via SR-522, take I-405 straight to SR-525.
Just a couple of blocks away is Bothell Country Village, which is a super-cute and quaint shopping area, good for kids too.

We recently stayed here to visit the surrounding area and it was a great choice. The area surrounding the RV park is quite upscale with a new Safeway grocery store across the street. Easy access to the I-405 so you can zip down to Seattle. We went to the Boeing tour and downtown Seattle, all within 30 minutes away. We did avoid rush hour so those times may change if not off hours. Our site backed to the lake but was sloped towards the lake. The front of our airstream was pretty close to the ground to get level. All in all, this is a great option for visiting the Seattle area. If we come to the area again, we will be staying here.

The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, the lake is beautiful complete with ducks and fish, and the trees and even numerous potted planters were gorgeous and happy. I wish I'd had time to take pictures. We'll be back next time we're visiting Seattle, definitely worth the extra time further than the Trailer Inns.

We stayed here at the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdowns days after purchasing our very first travel trailer and didn’t know what to expect. We were new to RVing and had never stayed at a RV Park but had heard horror stories. I was simply amazed at the friendliness of the staff and other campers. They made our stay enjoyable and created even more enthusiasm for full time RV Living and I can’t Thank them enough! Follow us @therv_gans for more of our journey as we transition to Full Timers🙏🏾💕
