Arrived without reservations but manager found us a very nice spot. Otherwise spots are tight. Lots of monthlies. Clean quiet, so convenient for Mesa verde and hovenweep. Manager guy very friendly and gave us great ideas for sights to see. Grocery and Walmart close by. Showers closed due to covid

Ok sites, some pull thrus. A short walk to beach. Cute little lighthouse in yard. No bathrooms or showers available tho “due to covid”. Weird since no other rv parks we’ve been in in last 3 weeks have closed the showers/restrooms. Still 35/night plus tax. Feeling cheated

Very orderly campground with a few monthlys. Very clean restroom/ showers. Great wifi. Friendly and available . Site C-4

Stopped here for one night, $50, all sites level, 100ft, nice gravel, picnic table.
50 amp, water, sewer. Great hot showers with air conditioning!! Very clean. Everyone’s site look clean and orderly. Manager friendly. Arrived at 5:30 pm with out calling or reserving ahead. Good wifi but unsecured

Just needed to get out of snow for the night. A bit out of the way - 5 miles off I-44. Host very nice. Not many camped here. Got a pull thru so we didn’t have to disconnect. $32 for 30amp, sewer, water.

Traveling from St. Louis to south padre island and needed to stop for the night. I used Campendium to find a place near our highway outside of Waco Tx. We usually love COE parks because they are maintained so well. We got the last spot and were able to reserve online. It was a pull through that allowed us to keep our toad hooked up. Site was on the lake with a beautiful sunset! We also saw a few planes taking off or landing. Restrooms were toilet and shower combined and had fabulous hot water. And we’re clean! This is a wonderful park!

Clean, well kept sites, great showers. Very quiet even tho probably 3/4 full. Very nice office staff. Pull thrus fairly spacious. Easy for us to navigate through campsite roads with tow. Good wifi

We arrived after dark on a Wednesday with no reservation and no attendant (it was after 5pm). We had some problems navigating through area due to darkness. Could hardly see gravel path, let alone see the individual campsite. Walking outside with flashlight in front of rv helped but we did have to disconnect our toad. There were some pull thru sites but already occupied.
30/50 amp, water, sewer at our site. No picnic table, but nice fire ring. Placed it we just should’ve showed up before it got dark.
Honor system since kiosk was closed. Price was $26.75 but we only had $26 in cash (other than $100 bills). So we wrote a note apologizing and asked for a senior discount 😜
We would stay again if we could arrive before dark.

Traveling so only 1 night. Very clean, great showers. Pool, playground, dog run, laundry. Monthly renters in their own space but you wouldn’t know it. Spacious spots, green grass. Wifi never worked for us. We didn’t know about cable tv until we pulled out.
Nice people inside. Would definitely stay here again.
