Amazing park! We happened by this park and couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Gorgeous reservoir blue waters Sandy beach, mountains with snow in background. The site was huge with great fire pit and picnic table. Trails right off campground leading to beach, marina and visitors center. Bought firewood for $5 bundle. Showers and bathrooms open, clean. Saw 10-15 mule deer in back part of campground eating and grazing around 6pm.
This state park only accepting reservations at this time (covid) but we got online and reserved same day. You can call as well but online faster.

Saw this rv park in Campendium and it was close to Crystal Springs so I called and left message about availability. Didn’t hear back so went to find it. (5:30pm). This is primarily a long term / permanent mobile home park. We stopped some residents who called the on site owner/ manager who told them to tell us he didn’t have anything. We did see a couple sites that were empty but the message was he had a monthly renter coming but hadn’t shown up late. We reluctantly left but got a call from the guy 10 minutes later who said he wasn’t supposed to do it but he’d find us a site. We really needed a site close to crystal river for a 7 AM manatee swim the next day. We turned around and headed back. He quoted 30 bucks but we gave him 40 for calling us back. Site was water, sewer and electric (50 amp)
We had to unhook toad. And streets were tight.
I would not consider this park as it is clearly long term living but because there were no. Reviews we didn’t know. Hope this helps others!

We stayed 2 days mid week. Sites are long enough for our 34’ MH but we’re a narrow. Each site has a great pavilion that covers a large picnic table. A tree held my bird seed feeder. Water and electric at site. Nice doable walk to beach area. We drove down to put kayaks in. Windy on lake but oh so pretty. Not very crowded, we got same day reservations by calling 800 number. No walk-ins at this time due to covid. Primitive camping closed at this time due to covid. By Friday the sites were filling up. But there is still an essence of expansive! Loved this park
Close to town, Walmart, restaurants.
No showers in lions beach area
Added bonus: internet that wasn’t too bad. We were close to repeater pole tho

Very clean county park with lots of pull throughs. Pads are concrete , well manicured area. There does seem to be quite a few of long term campers but site are orderly. Host was very nice. Laundry on site with magazines and books. Shower nice but did require a quarter. Only gripe was there wasn’t a $ changer and we had already used all of our quarters for laundry. Finally found another so we both were able to shower quickly.
The $40 fee included water, sewer, 30/50 electric

Used online reservation - easy to do. Got response right away. Able to get long pull through so we didn’t disconnect. One night stay heading east. Clean, nice people, clean pool. Good bathrooms and showers. Also made to order breakfast available with delivery to your rig 7-8 am. Would stay again even tho price ($68).

Here for one night. Noisy as close to I-20. Nice pool, community center which had direct tv, puzzles, games, really cute room. Easy in easy out. Did not have to disconnect toad

Quiet, pull throughs available, no shower, clean grounds, mostly monthly campers. Quiet, safe.
Nice attendant. We called him once we arrived. $25/night easy access on and off highway

This is actually a trailer park with some spots for rv sites. On line reservations easy and owner texted us our site # and instructions. The paperwork was pinned to an outside board and was simple and thorough. We were across the street from beach but great views. We easily walked to very nice pier and through cute Main Street with restaurants open for meals.
Sites were very tidy, long term trailer sites were impeccably kept and showers were very nice. WiFi worked great. We were able to get a few over the air tv channels (nbc) using our roof antenna. We would definitely stay here again. Also great view of Morro rock and Bay

Only 4 campers out of 12 or so. Very quiet. Place to walk dog with grass. Trash bin convenient. Camping discounts for various groups.
Very convenient highway access. Nice guy in office. Wifi good and free. 4 over the air tv stations
Sites are gravel but there was a bit of mud due to recent rain.
