They do not accept credit cards. Easy to navigate a big rig in the park. The roads and sites are gravel. We had a pull through site. Our site was level and very long. The utilities are well placed and worked well. The wifi is not free and we passed on paying because we weren't sure it would work anyway. Verizon signal was okay. There was no cable, but we got many channels on our HD antenna. At $25 a night you can hardly go wrong. I would stay again. We camped at Eagles Landing RV Park in a Motorhome.
While being chased by Hurricane Irma, we stayed at Eagle's Landing RV Park in Holt, FL. This is a very neat and clean park with friendly on-site owners. This park has very easy access from I-10 and is big rig friendly. Many of the sites are 100 foot pull-thrus with full hookups. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are clean. Veterans get a $5 discount. While noise from the interstate is negligible, the park is just off of a fairly busy highway so the sites near the front of the park will pick up some noise. An added benefit for aviation enthusiasts is that you get to watch fighter jets from Eglin AFB in the distance.

Just passing through and needed quick place to stay. Easy access off freeway. Called ahead and staff met us at the office after hours. Nice level pull through space with full hook ups. Dog walk accessible.
Only downside was they only accept cash or checks. No discount clubs except for military and AAA but price of $28 without discount not bad.

Not a vacation destination but if you need a place to stay for a day or a week this is a clean quiet basic RV park literally a minute off I-10. The price is right and they offer a discount for veterans. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and laundry are nice and clean. The dog walk area is nothing to write home about but it gets the job done. Big-rig friendly, level and easy to navigate around. All sites are pull-through.
Other pros:
- Solid wi-fi service at only $1/day
- Mail and packages accepted
- Car and RV washing is permitted as long as you have a nozzle to keep the water from free flowing
Cons:
- No debit/credit cards accepted
- Nothing to do here, no pool, no walking trails, nothing.
- Not really much of anything going on in the town of Holt. Other than a Dollar General you have to drive 25 minutes west to Milton or east to Crestview for food and shopping.

This is a good little park if you are passing through on I-10 or you want to be near, but not on, the emerald coast. You have quick access to Fort Walton Beach, Eglin AFB and Destin. You also have Blackwater River State Forest nearby. The sites are long and level with gravel and grass. Each has a picnic table. There’s a nice laundry room and very clean restroooms with showers. It is less than one minute to the I-10 on/off ramp. You can not check in after 9pm and they only accept cash or check. Overall, a good place to stay.

13 July the state of Florida hit a new corona virus high of 15k cases. At my 13 July check in - in the small building - employee had no mask and neither did co-worker (do not know why the co-worker needed to be there). I called after we departed to inquire re their mask policy. Owner Sue informed me that the County was not mandating masks.
I would have been very appreciative if the owners displayed a hint of concern for their clients’ well-being by making an adult decision to mask up during the short time I was in their office. Using the county’s lack of a masking policy was a very poor excuse for Inconsiderate behavior. Really troubling.
We have stayed here before and will not return. Will use Ponce Deleon RV park down the road in the future. Ponce Deleon is a new park & maybe the owners care - about themselves and their clients.

Good place to pull over for the night or stay a few days if you want. Sites are level gravel with a grassy area. Reasonably well spaced out for a private RV park. Big rig friendly with pull throughs. Several rigs seem to be here long term, but they are well maintained. All site very clean with full hookups. $45 per night reflects our military discount. Great Verizon cell service and excellent free WIFI. Did not use bathrooms or laundry, but is available. Close to interstate, so do hear that when sitting outside. Masks are still not worn, but I wore mine anyway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a quiet place with large lots. Lots were spacious with no camper on top of you as seems typical at most parks. Friendly people in park and owners were kind and helpful. 15 minutes from Crestville but Dollar General and Marathon gas station a mile away. In park Wi-Fi great.
