Nice place for a few days and if you don’t need cell coverage. Coverage is extremely poor. Gets busy on weekends. Awesome ATV trails. There is a soft wash to go across. Be mindful.

It’s a pretty big koa with lots of trees. Clean. A bit rustic and/or need of tlc. Some sites are really tight for big rigs.

Very quiet.

Cell coverage Is iffy….

As you would expect a koa to be, clean and easy access. Close to Mesa verde national park. One night is enough. Noise is relative to the people around you. Had a big screen tv next to us shine our evening out.😑

Spots are ok. Road is a bit rough. Awesome atv trails that take you to lake mead. Close to VoF Park. Very quiet.

Big overflow casino lot is empty and was good for a quiet and clean area to stay overnight. A few trucks came in overnight and one other RV’er. Better than many campgrounds I’ve stayed in!!!

The campground is very nice and sites are spacious. It has a huge pond, and several laces to sit and watch the ducks and geese. Nice campsite hosts too. This place sure beat KOA’s for that over night stop. You do hear the road a bit but it is minor.

The place is super clean and easy to access. Convenient stop from the drive across WY. We were here in April where it was still frozen with snow and melting through the day. Although a bit muddy, it was in great condition for this time of year. The owners/ managers/staff were super nice. Excellent wifi on 5G. This is the first time we didn’t need to set up our Starlink.

Koa journey so it’s what you need when you stay in a journey. The location is mediocre. Sites are fine but it’s pretty bare here. And the trains are in your face and loud. I would t recommend for anything other than you need laundry, a stop for the night and full hookups service.

Park is small and sites are ok in size, can be a bit tight for 40’ but have seen much worse. Nice casitas at each site. Nice Mountain View.could use some TLC. But for a 1 night stop it beats most near highway campgrounds. You can hear the sound from the road but it’s not loud.

Really nice views, great place for fishing and it’s quiet. Easy access for big rigs.
