The spaces are well separated, lots of trees but being winter not much shade. Bathroom/showers are clean. There's a 10% veterans discount. All sites can handle big rigs. Not much to the park - lots of picnic sites and a couple of short trails into the swamp. Wifi is ok - sometimes better than other times. I got 3 bars of 5G.

Located a few miles outside of Douglas, GA, it's a bit out of the way. Douglas has everything incl a Walmart and several fast-food places. Hosts are pleasant. Most sites are pull-thru and shaded; also well spaced apart. Couple of nice walking trails. I'm told weekdays in winter are slow and weekends tend to fill quickly.

CG is about 20 miles north of Charleston on Hwy 17. Don't miss the locals selling hand-made straw baskets.
The sites are in the open but in Feb that doesn't matter. Come summer it might be a different story. Sites are in a circle. The shower/toilets are showing their age but were clean. Hosts pleasant.

The CG is small and mostly shaded with huge live oak trees. Very quiet. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Until the final day I was the only one there. All sights can accommodate large RVs and have 30/50 amps and water - no dump. The sites are on short grass. There's a small store selling mostly snacks. The CG is only 5 miles from the Okefenokee NWR.
The downside is the bathrooms. Very old, musty, and full of stains. A sign says that it has been scheduled for renovations (can't be too soon). I din't use the shower. The CG is off the beaten track outside of Folkston where you can buy anything you need.

Run by the county, it sits about 100 feet above the Sauk River - no direct c.g. access to river that I could find. Most rigs can fit as long as they can make it over the narrow single-lane suspension bridge. All sites are very shady so if you need solar, it's best to have your battery topped off before arriving. No water, 2 port-a-johns (moderately clean), and only 1 trash can (that I could find). It's peaceful and quiet in the old growth forest. Tents and RVs pay the same price. The sites are pretty well separated by trees and shrubs so privacy is pretty good. It appears that most sites are flat.

There are 7 electric sites next to each other - non-private though each site is spacious. Most any rig would fit ok. No problem with park road which is only 1/3 mile from Miller Street - no road noise. From October to March the price rises from $13/night to $22/night. The city also charges $3/night permit fee. Tent fees are $3/night. The park is 150 acres with a 23 acre lake and is kept nicely. A couple of walking trails near sites. The 2 vault toilets seemed clean enough when I was there. Trash cans nearby. No water or sewer. The website has a tele # to call ahead of time for reservations. I didn't use it but instead went to City Hall - Rm 217 - to the city clerk to pay. Pleasant ladies.
The volunteer employee in the Chevy S-10 came around at 6 PM to unlock elect box - pleasant fellow. He's 80 years old and probably lonesome enough to want to talk a little. Stayed to chat a few minutes and then left. After work hours lots of people use the park til dusk. Afterwards, no one around except campers. My 2-bar Verizon signal was good enough to get decent internet. I think the increase in winter fees is a bit over the top but YMMV.

All sites on concrete pad with water spigots. Park is quiet with some fishermen on the river, and young people walking around. No wifi - pamphlet at pay kiosk says equipment was destroyed in a fire. Typical small town feel. Recommend.

The park, clean and pleasant, is large for the town's small size. Adjoins golf course. The rv site sits between pool/water slide and the small Army tank. Seems every town park in the country has some sort of military weapon.

There are four (4) rv sites (unnumbered) each with 30/50. Don't know where the "12" sites indicated comes from. Only two water spigots. The sites are under large trees. Today, Saturday, is very quiet. I'm the only camper as of 4 p.m. Me thinks when the pool/water slide opens for the year, the noise level will increase. The unisex bathrooms are clean and 60 yards distant.

I love searching out these small town parks with rv sites as I travel cross-country. This one is worth the $. Recommend.

As fas a city/town parks go, it's on the pricier side. Clean and well kept, the park itself is spotless. The rv sites are in a line along the river. I didn't use the showers so cannot opine on that. I stayed on a Sunday night and it was quiet.
