Simple off and on I-70. RV spots are situated away from all the truck traffic. With the windows closed, we haven’t heard a single truck. Clean, level, wide sites. Water and electric connections are both waist level, appreciated by this Olde Guy. An excellent overnight stop.

Love this place, a hidden gem. So close to Historic Route 66, the pull-through sites are accessed directly off the highway. Wife liked the laundry, very close. Modern utility connections. Excellent WiFi. Quiet. Easy access to I-40. Highly recommended.

Full hook-ups and cable tv, backed up to about ten feet from the river. Gravel, with a concrete pad for the plastic picnic table. Courteous staff. Hayrides on the farm. Rooster for an alarm clock. Convenient access to Cades Cove, a must-see attraction. Rooster leads a parade of hens through the RVs around 9am every morning. Sites are close together and lots of mature trees make big-rig parking challenging at some sites.

The good - level pull-through; waist high electric; best Wi-Fi signal ever, 5G. The bad - low tree limbs overhanging site plopped on the roof in the wind; neighborhood is early-American junkyard. Recommend for an overnight stay while running I-25, but that’s all.

Friendly service, not understaffed. Narrow gravel site, made picnic table unusable when slide was out. Very good Wifi, very poor Verizon service. Warned us upon arrival that the water would be off between 10 and 11 am the following day for repairs, but water was out for 20 hours. We requested to shorten our stay by one day, but they did not allow a refund. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing.

Upon arrival, a thunderstorm was bearing down. ‘You can check in later, let’s get you set up before the storm hits.’ He led us to the site and helped us get in, in the pouring rain and thunder. Throughout our stay, staff was very responsive. A huge plus.
This park is probably 50% long-termers. We needn’t have worried. Every site is neat and uncluttered, no junk. The sites are close together, but not the tightest I have seen. Laundry facilities less than 200 feet away. Full hookups and cable tv (albeit only 4 channels) make this a bargain.

Would camp here again, but not in Site #9. Listed as a pull through, but we had to back out due to the narrowness of the site and the sharp bend in the middle. Zero cell coverage on Verizon. One (1) PBS over-the-air tv channel. Lots of deer all around. Quiet except for one group of Friday night drunks, quiet time policy was not enforced. Very friendly camp host; grounds manicured well.

Everything is new, 20/30/50 amp and sewer on a level pull-through for 30.00 per night. Not much shade on the pull-through side. Two clean ponds for plenty of fishing and swimming. New playground, volleyball court, and covered pavilion. New office, friendly staff, and special treats cooked daily. Picnic table and fire ring for each site. Useable WiFi. Quiet day and night. Highly recommended.
