We found this place on Campendium after searching for a last-minute stop on our travels home. We are so glad we found this little gem. It was a steal at $27-ish a night. It was a beautiful and well maintained campground. We enjoyed the views of the lake. It was very beautiful and peaceful. Full hookups, too! If passing through the area again we would definitely stay here.

We spent one night here and really enjoyed our stay. The park is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of grass - no gravel, dirt or weeds. Plenty of spots to walk your dog, if you have one. There is a nice 3/4 mi walking trail, a swimming area with a small beach, a playground, and firewood for sale. We did the nature trail walk in mid-July and would probably advise against it due to the heat and humidity but other times of year I'm sure it would be very nice. The bathroom facilities were very nice with 6 large separate / private bathrooms. Each had a shower area with a separate toilet, sink and changing area. They were very spacious which is nice when traveling with children. The view of the lake is also very nice and peaceful. We thought $25 was a great value for how nice the campground was. Our site had water and electric, but no sewer hookup although some sites at the campground have sewer hook ups as well. We booked last minute (same day) so we were pleased to get any site. We would stay here again if in the area.

I cannot recommend this place for $71 a night. While it does offer full hookups and fairly level concrete sites, there is zero shade and the facilities were filthy. There was poop all over the toilets, the shower heads were so full of scale that I'm not sure how water still came out of the holes, the bathrooms are not air conditioned so it gets super hot in there if you do dare to use them. Other than human excrement all over the toilets, there were no paper towels so it's pretty obvious no one is servicing the restrooms. We have a very small camper van and we rely on the restroom facilities at our overnight stops. Overall there is no maintenance or cleaning going on here. For what we paid I am extremely disappointed. There are rock beds between the RV spots and they are all overrun with weeds. We have paid half as much and had better experiences at Love's truck stop RV centers. Also, they offered free WiFi but it was pretty much unusable throughout our stay.

I honestly cannot fathom the 5-star rating on Campendium for this campground. RV sites are as cramped as any place we've stayed at. Cement tables on dirty / rocky patch of land - no grass. You're right by the road so there is significant vehicle noise. There are no showers or laundry facilities and one of the restrooms was constantly out of service. The pad was nowhere near level. About half of the sites also did not have a fire ring and we did not know that until we arrived and the ranger told us. So no campfire and no s'mores. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the proximity to walking trails and Hot Springs National Park. Would never stay here again.

We are just wrapping up a trip from Glacier National park and stayed on both sides to reduce driving. So I writing this post as a cautionary tale. Whatever you do, DO NOT stay at Glacier Grizzly RV.
We booked in Feb based on their website that stated they were all new resort with camp store, laundry facilities, 50 amp hookups, ADA bath house. In the last month or so they updated their website to say they were still under construction. We had an RV site and 2 Glamping Tipis reserved, 10 people total.
We contacted them the week before our scheduled arrival and Lori confirmed everything was good to go. (We had seen some recent reviews saying otherwise) We stopped by there the day before our arrival and met the owner Daniel, he told us to pick any spot we wanted when we come in, as some sites aren't complete yet, and that our Tipis were ready to go.
The next morning we moved our rig there, set it up, and tried to check into our Tipis.
1. We have a 50 amp rig with 2 a/c and the pedestal was 30 amp. They told me they had built a 50 amp converter they would put on the pedestal to make sure I had 2 hot legs 😳 (They never did this, so no clue what the contraption was)
2. We were told Tipis now weren't ready yet, needed to be cleaned from previous night.
I said that's fine, but asked for them to tell which ones were ours, due to it would be evening before we get back from the park. He said he would text it to me since we would be in park with no service, then I'd get the message when I got service again.
30 mins later I get a call from Lori because they were confused about the Tipis, but got that straightened out. She was confused because the tipis were under 2 different names. She said nothing about anything being wrong.
Later that evening when we come out of the park, I get a text saying they overbooked and now don't have our tipis, but they'll put us in a basic tipis (no floor, water, electric, or actual beds) for small discount, an older used 5th wheel and new smaller TT for no discount, or refund the tipis and we can go elsewhere.
Neither Daniel or Lori would answer our calls, so we canceled my Nephew's 18th bday dinner to go see what was going on. Daniel was actually in the campground when we got back (Usually no host, he just comes by randomly throughout the day). We discussed what had happened, he told me the electric was out in our tipis, so we couldn't stay in them, and they weren't overbooked. He eventually backed up and said they were overbooked after I told him I could see the lights on and people in the tipis. We told him we wanted full refund on 1 tipi because my SIL would stay with us, and asked for a discount for the hassle of staying in his rv 1 night, then having to packup next morning and haul it all day until he decided where to put us. He told me he wouldn't discuss it until tomorrow. From here it evolved into an argument between both of us that ended with him throwing his truck in gear, saying he's not talking about it anymore, as he peeled out and threw gravel all over my truck as he left.
I later texted him and Lori both and told them both we wanted to take the full refund on both Tipis that they offered. We have yet to receive a response, though messages have been read, and Daniel never came back to talk to us the next evening.
So we packed 10 people in camper our 2 nights there and have not got our refunds yet.

All of the comments about the dust are true. This is a dusty place. All the roads are dirt and even cars or golf carts traveling slowly are going to kick up dust. Dust will cover everything you own. That being said we actually really liked this campground. It was well laid out with lots of trees. Bathrooms were conveniently located with clean hot showers. There is a nice laundry facility near the front office. On each bathroom building there was also a dish washing station with hot water, which was nice for those of us with small water tank capacities, as well as for the tent campers. Each site had a large bear box to keep outside cooking items and food - anything with a scent. It was nice to have this option to keep things outside safely without having to bring things in and out of the RV. Workers were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We had amazingly good internet and cell service through our Verizon jetpack. There is a very nice and easy hiking trail down to the Snake River behind the campground. We went here daily and really enjoyed it, especially our dog. There is a sandy beach area and a rocky beach area. The restaurant in the nearby lodge is good, too. It was nice to have this amenity nearby when we wanted a night off from cooking and cleaning up. Pulling in to the campground, there is a convenience store, gift shop, the restaurant, and gas/diesel and propane. We liked being between Grand Teton and Yellowstone as we could travel to either park each day depending on what we were in the mood for. If they could put down some gravel on the roads to reduce the dust I might consider giving this one a 5 star rating. The price was a little high also, but we would definitely stay here again if in the area. Overall we were pleased and enjoyed our stay.

I was excited to get a spot here during a last-minute trip to Yellowstone, but we were disappointed after seeing the campground. There are no trees whatsoever. It's a big cleared lot with a bunch of RV's parked close to each other - just row after row of RV's. I think there were 2 restroom facilities for the entire RV park. Granted, we all have our own bathrooms, but some RV's (and tank capacities) are smaller than others, so it's nice to have bathroom facilities available. For the price, you also were restricted to 2 showers daily, then you had to pay for additional showers. The bathroom facilities and showers in the main building were very nice, however it was quite a hike to get to from most of the RV sites. There were ample laundry machines available in the main building, which we didn't utilize but you won't have any trouble finding a machine here. I was not aware of any hiking trails accessible from the campground itself. I believe you had to start out from the front of the Fishing Bridge area to access any trails. There also didn't seem to be any maintenance to the RV parking area. There were small rocky bits of ground between each RV that were becoming overrun with weeds. Not much grass around to walk your dog. And the lack of trees was really disappointing, considering you are in Yellowstone. Overall we were not impressed for $99 a night.
