Very pleased with this spot for one night as we were traveling. Water spigot in site #8 was not functioning but the manager said we could run our hose from site #7, which we did and it worked great. Found a nice shady spot near the freeway - some noise but it was warm so we had the AC going and the freeway noise didn't bother us at all.

Very friendly staff. Easy check-in process.

A little bit expensive (paid $10 extra to "lock" our site as the site map showed there were many sites already reserved and we didn't want to be shuffled around - also a $5 online booking fee), but at least the sites are nice and level (concrete) and all the connections are in one spot - power / water / sewer (that is slightly below grade making for easy dumpmanship).

Would definitely stay here again.

Welcomed by security guard as we drove into the parking lot. They require you to register with security (they take photos of your ID and license plates) before you park. Easy process. Security guard was very friendly.

Got here before 4:00PM local time on a Sunday and there were already about 10 rigs in the lot (50 / 50, semis and RVs).

Was rainy so the gravel / dirt was wet. Not terribly messy, but you could easily drag in a bunch of dirt if you didn't wipe your feet and change your outside shoes to inside shoes.

They have some great food in the casino and you can grab a shuttle from the RV parking area.

Arrived about 3:00PM MST and snagged one of the last two spots in the RV parking area on the north side of the building. Level and clean. Excellent mobile signal. Safe (cameras and security patrol). There are many businesses nearby, including two restaurants within rock throwing distance from the RV parking area (recommend R&R BBQ and the Squatters Full Suspension Pale Ale on tap for $3.00(!!!!)). Harmon's fuel stop just to the south for easy fueling. Will absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Called the store and asked if the RV dump was available. Clerk said yes and that there was a $5.00 fee.

Simple check-in process. A grass field with hookups. Is clean and level enough. Some air traffic and train noise in the distance, but not troubling. Had plenty of room, wasn't crowded since the fair was cancelled for the first time in 100 years. Close enough to a variety of amenities (restaurants, grocery, retail, etc.) Safe, quiet park.

Amy keeps a good eye on everything and is a decent person. Would recommend and stay here again.

Horrible customer service.

Booked via phone the day after Thanksgiving. Lady from the park was quick to charge my card but goofed up my email address so never got the gate code. Tried calling back, even texting, for several hours but she never replied. Showed up at the park without the code, tried to call again - no answer. Saw some folks inside the gate and told them our dilemma, they were kind enough to give us the gate code so we could get in. The lady from the park finally texted back with the gate code several hours later.

Odd voltage coming off the pedestal - both 30AMP and 50AMP, and the pedestal is very far forward on the pad - my 25-foot power cable was all but stretched out. Didn't even try to run the sewer hose out.

The roar of the freeway could be heard all night long. The only good thing was the wide, level concrete pad.

Arrived in the morning on a Sunday with vehicle troubles and Bear (the manager) helped us quickly get into a spot with full hookups. He was a pleasure to do business with, and we would definitely stay here again!

Convenient, affordable, and comfortable. Full hook ups, mostly level spots. Clean laundry facilities, bathrooms, and showers. Easy walk to downtown Cannon Beach and the beach itself. Good beer at Pelican, and there's a little bar in a hardware store on the main drag nearby.

Wi-fi gets overloaded, especially in the evening and at night. AT&T cell signal is almost non-existent (1-2 bars of LTE, but intermittent at best). You have to go up to Seaside to get good signal.

Knocked off a star for the soggy sites around the perimeter where the rain tends to gather at the foot of a huge berm they've got surrounding the property. Gets muddy around the coach.

Paid about $40 per night with the Good Sam discount in December 2019.

Herd of elk wander the campground in the morning (about 20 head, cows and bulls).
