Portable and rinse available. Everything else ( gas station, grocery store and Campground ) is closed.
Portable water looks clear.
The campground and road is open and you can even access the place with a fifth wheel. You don’t need high clearance at least for the first turnout. It’s just a plane, short gravel road.
There are only four sits at the first campground but there are more on the way down the road.
2 bars with great working Verizon.

Sad that the two bars for Verizon didn’t work but you have beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Quiet and safe.
The dump and the spigot is open.
Unlike other reviewers we felt very safe and it was a good Walmart overnight spot.
No cellphone coverage (Verizon and T-Mobile) but the road is in good condition. No coverage since we left the main Highway. Made it in a 22 foot class C.
Apparently they raised the price from free to $15 with self pay station.

Come early so you have a chance for a site at the overlook. More sites across without river view. Or you have a off-road vehicle, so you can move further on the mesa and camp more solitude. The $10 camping fee includes the $5 day use fee.
No cellphone coverage at all.

Very friendly Campground host! The dump is closed for the season and water is only available for bottles, not for filling your tank. But the water tastes horribly. We stayed the night and asked the host for water and the dump. We were allowed to use either the dump and water at Elk Creek CG or Lake Fork CG. Both are to the east of Cimarron.
