The sites are pretty nice with water and electric. You do share a 30/50 amp electric pedestal with your neighbor so one person will need an adapter if you’re both 30 amp or 50 amp. You also share water with your neighbor but there was a wye adapter already on the spigot when I arrived.
The campground is right next to a fairly busy train line so you get the rumble of the trains but no train horns luckily.

Beautiful campgrounds that are dog friendly. Sites are paved for RVs, #55 was nearly perfectly level, but I needed 1” on the driver side. Sites also have a gravel tent pad with tie downs. The sites in the loop I was in all had full hookups. The sites weee also fairly private, spaced far apart and some had the landscape of the mountain between them. The view of the mountain is gorgeous as well plus a perfect view of the summertime sunrise. There was a little road noise from the nearby highway but hardly an issue overnight.

Walked in and they had tons of space in June. Decent price for a stopover, there are a ton of sites but many of them are not close to level and I would have difficulty parking my RV much less pitching a tent. Otherwise relatively quiet and full hookups for 30 amp sites.

Was a nice place to stop for the night. It was very warm, and there wasn’t much aside from gravel so it was very warm for dog paws. Nice views of the bluffs and little light pollution so the night sky is amazing.
