It is basically a parking lot style campground with 14 full hook up sites and a some tent spots. There are full hook-ups, free wifi with average speed, and a restroom, but the closest laundromat is about a mile down the road. The location puts you relatively close to Valley of the Gods, and about an hour from Natural Bridges and Hovenweep. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to offer suggestions on sightseeing spots in the area, and the pet goats are adorable.

This was our second stay and when we are in the area again, we will stay here. There is nothing fancy about the park that only has 14 sites, but all have full hooks up and are very level. The road and sites are gravel with ample space between units. You are surrounded by beautiful red rock cliffs. The owner is very helpful and has packets ready for sight seeing and all the hiking trails and ruins in the area. The Bluff Fort/Visitor Center is across the road and is a wealth of information.

This rate was for full hookup. The sites were just okay but the whole park has a view of some lovely bluffs in the town aptly named Bluff. If I could I would give it 3 1/2 stars.
I like the smaller RV parks because the pride of ownership is usually obvious by the service given but this one was an exception. We arrived on an extremely windy day and Wi-Fi was not available. The owner, who had been curt when I checked in, was not amused that I asked about it.
This is a pretty good location if you are exploring various parts around the four corners. We visited Hovenweep National Monument (kind of a long drive, but will be a long drive no matter what) and Natural Bridges National Monument while we were there.
It is only ok for doggies, there is a small pond with a path around it where there are some tent sites, and that is the only decent area to walk dogs.

Stayed overnight to split our drive back to AZ. Camp is all gravel which is nice for RV but not for our pups. It was 104 degrees and the gravel was so hot they would burn their pads. Only minimal grass was by pond and we had to carry them down to area to do their business. Camp has full hook ups and all sites are pull through but we could not stay hooked up as they had told us. Buildings and basketball court run down. There is a for sale sign on the camp so maybe that is why it is a bit run down.
Must say though that the surrounding area is beautiful. Visited the petroglyphs and Mexican Hat. Checked out the other parks in the area and most were of similar quality and appearance.

This was a great stop! We stayed here 20 - 22 December. Tonya and her husband are wonderful and will ensure all is well with your stay! We were there during the winter Solstice......WOW!!! A little cold but totally worth it! Close access to some really cool sites! Small site - only 14. In December - it was us except for one night when three other RVs showed up. Free WiFi

We really enjoyed our stay at this park, mostly due to the super friendly owner and the obvious efforts he and his wife are making to create an appealing and convenient RV park.
As a general rule, this wouldn't be a particularly memorable campground from a privacy standpoint, but when we were there, they spaced people out nicely so rigs weren't parked right on top of each other. You would think this would be obvious, but a lot of campgrounds just place one RV next to another, even when they have tons of open spaces. Here, because there were only a few campers there at any given time, we always had empty spaces on either side. Yay! If the campground was full, I expect it would be a bit more tight, but we never had an issue.
As for location, for being in the center of Bluff, it's great. We were within walking distance of everything there. The only issue is, there's not much in Bluff. We had to drive 25 minutes just to get to a grocery store (in Blanding). But, Valley of the Gods is relatively close and Natural Bridges is about an hour away. It just depends on what you're looking for.
While you still have to call for reservations, their website is up to date and more importantly, the owner is super nice and they are obviously working hard to make the place appealing to RVers. He talked to us for probably 20 minutes when we checked in and gave us all kinds of information about the town and the nearby attractions. He and his wife bought the place a year ago and have been working hard to make it nice and even expand it. I really hope they succeed because they seem to understand what's important to RVers (e.g.: Space and Wifi).
Overall, this is one of those campgrounds that proves our theory that customer service makes all the difference. We have been to some super fancy high end campgrounds that we hated because the people just weren't friendly. Here, this was a very basic campground in a tiny town, but the owner was so nice and so enthusiastic and so clearly excited about all the things he and his wife were doing with the campground, that it was just contagious. They really get what RVers want and their prices were more than reasonable. Given that we just paid twice as much for a completely forgettable campground in Monument Valley, we were very happy with our stay here.

Nothing managed to get a good internet connection here. Things we tried:
- park wifi (tried with 2 phones, macbook, 2 linuxes)
- Verizon cell phones
- 8800L hotspot on Verizon prepaid
- AT&T Mobley
- all of the above in combination with WeBoost 4G-X signal booster
Nothing gets you a reliable connection. The park wifi can reach 2 Mbit/s, the Mobley can reach 1.7 Mbit/s, and so on, but it seems we can never manage to load 10 pages in a row without a hiccup. The park wifi kicks you off every few minutes, making your device switch to a different wifi access point. Verizon hotspot switches to saying "no signal" every few minutes. Mobley mostly worked, but would lose packets for 10 seconds at a time at least once a minute. With signal booster, Mobley only found a roaming signal and AT&T has prevented our Mobley from roaming. And so on.
The park itself is nice enough. Not quite worth $33/day in my opinion, but in this region $30 is the cheapest they ever get. But DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU NEED TO WORK.
Oh, and the power pedestal is smack right in the middle of the site, hope you have a long power cable.
