Everyone who worked here was great, and the PA discount wasn’t bad. There is water and electric on site (some have sewer but ours did not). Sites were gravel and not wide, length good. Dump station on site, no Verizon cell service at all!

The couple who own this are wonderful. They are in the process of turning this land into a rv park. So for now it’s just a nice, convenient place to land. Close to many area attractions and we had good Verizon service. I’ll be happy to return, will love to see their dream come true!

We had a long travel day and found this place on 7/4. Only one other camper there. Some of the power receptacles looked sketchy but we found one to work. Got set up and had dinner. Nice view of fireworks across the highway put on by the city. After that ended 2-3 cars arrived Anderso started setting off fireworks in the adjacent field. It is very dry and they started multiple small fires. They put them out as best they could, while I called the fire dept. so it wouldn’t get out of control. They showed up, with a police officer, and when the kids heard the sirens they scattered. The officer told us this wasn’t the best neighborhood. We didn’t feel unsafe, and he told us we would be fine for the night as they patrol often, but with that’s knowledge I would not return. BTW highway noise wasn’t too bad!

RV section is $19/night with or without electric. Not all sites are level. Nice staff at hotel.
Would return.

Clean park. Great employees. Mostly quiet, convenient to area.

Convenient location to all St Augustine has to offer. Park and common areas clean. Staff friendly.

Perfect location for visiting Crater of Diamonds state park. Clean park and level location. For our size there were not a lot of choices but we found one and it was very level. Not bad cell coverage, Verizon.

Free, clean, there is an odor in town but it wasn’t too bad. A little road noise but a good nights sleep. Thank you Ray and Donna West free rv Park!!

As the previous review stated, the herds of cows were not shy about approaching. They damaged another persons basement door just down the way from us. While it was a great location to explore from, because of the cows, and potential damage, after a few nights we moved to a different location.

Our grandson LOVED this park, didn’t want to leave. Pool with a slide, playground, putt putt, bounce pad! Sites are nice and large, shaded. Little road noise from the interstate but not horrible.
