We drove less than a mile off Hwy 60 on a well-maintained dirt road, We came to turn off to the left that had numerous spots to camp. There is a large pull-off directly across the road that will handle any size unit. I recommending camping back in from the road as the road creates a lot of dust. There is another spot about a mile further that will handle 3-4 large RVs. The town of Greer is about 3 miles. They have a couple of restaurants and a general store. There are three small lakes off to the left as you drive into Greer

There is water and sewer but no power. which meant the people in for the weekend were running their loud portable generators with little concern for the neighbors. We moved to another space to get further from the generators. There was a group playing music loud enough that anyone in the park could have heard it. We told the park host why we changed sites. He told us he already had another complaint about the generators and the loud music. After talking with us; he went to talk with the people. He was reluctant to deal with the problems. The park is covered by a large pine forest which made the higher than normal temperature bearable. You will need to go to the sites on the edge of the park for solar. There are a couple of port-a-johns on the property. The is only one small bathroom for the whole property. The property is not well maintained. It's 11.00 a night for Seniors over 55. There were numerous spaces available, This park has lot of weekenders from the city. There are other parks further up the lake.

This park is for people fishing. There are a bunch of old beat-up trailers that belong to seasonal or long-term renters when you enter the park. They have a few sites on the river that are extremely close together. We had 3 ft between our slide out and the slide out of the RV next to us. The sites on the river have water and electricity that were built a long time ago. We had a low voltage error on our voltage protector. The bathroom and showers are poorly maintained and haven't been painted in years. We were awakened every morning at 5:30 by the fishermen using the boat launch which is in the middle of the water sites. If you're a fisherman this is the perfect place, if you are not keep looking.

It worked for one night. The park is a mile from I-25. If you are coming south on I-25, when you make the left onto the road to the lake, a narrow opening goes under the freeway. A big bus might need to pull in a mirror. The park lacks basic maintenance. There was litter in the lake and the grass area. The switch for power didn't even have a cover there were exposed wires a safety hazard..It's a large pond, not a lake. I wouldn't let my dogs swim. It was disgusting. The best part was the train tracks are about 500 ft from the park. There is a train crossing for the road into the park, which means the train blows its train whistle before and at the crossing. I can tell you that the whistle will wake you from a sound sleep. According to my watch, a train goes about every hour at night. I would not every stay at this place again

It's an older park with lots of shaded spots. Most of the park is grass spaces. We stayed in space A with is 100 ft from the shore of Pend Oreille Lake. They have a small marina and launch area. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake. There are a few spaces on the water the rest of the park is on the other side of the road. There is an abundance of deer in the area. They would come down to the lake for water. The owners' Steve and Misha were very accommodating. The park has limited space for large units. The waterfront sites only have a 20 amp circuit. The rest of the park has 30 and 50 amp service. There is internet available for a fee from the park. Our Verizon service worked great. There is some noise from the road traffic until early evening.

The RIdge Loop of this campground is first come first serve. There is distance between most sites. The vast majority have full sun exposure for solar. The lake was less than a 1/4 mile from our site There is a place you can rent paddle boards or kayaks next to the campground . There are numerous hiking trails within 1-2 miles of the campground. The small community of Twin Lakes is about a mile from the camp ground. There is a general store, restaurant and tourist information office. Many of the sites are not long enough to handle a large class A. It's 12.00 a night with a Senior Pass.

This campground is well maintained. The road and sites are paved and level. The front row of the campground has a great view of the lake. The problem with this campground is the street that runs about 30 ft from the back row of the campground. It has traffic 24 hours a day. I can sleep through traffic noise, even I couldn't sleep through the noise at this campground Even the lakeside sites are only about 150 ft from the street. There is only about 20 ft between each site, like most private RV parks. We would not stay here again. This post may show up twice as i posted it and then couldn't find it when I went to search for my comment. The noise was so bad I wanted to warn other campers so I reposted it.

The whole campground is first come first served. The best sites are 16-25 they are at the back of the campground. There is more distance between those sites. A couple sites sit next to the roaring river. You can hear the river from most of those sites in that section. Some of sites back up to Hwy 82. There is very little traffic on the Hwy at night. Some of the sites in 16-25 are not flat and are smaller. Sites 1-16 are flat. The vast most of them would accommodate a larger 5th wheel or class A. The community of Twin Lakes is about 1.5 miles fromm the camprground. There is a general store, restaurant, lodge and tourist information bureau. This was our favorite out of the five campgrounds we wandered through in that area.We paid 12.00 with Senior Pass.

All of the parks in the surrounding area were full so we chose Kelly's because the tent area is first come first served. The only spaces with utilities are crammed together that front onto the bay. The spaces are so close the awning of one unit was touching the slideout of the unit next to them. A small RV would fit into some of the first serve sites. Many of the tent sites are close to each other. Most sites sit next to a poorly maintained dirt road. I wouldn't use the porta johns they were bad. There is a lot of road noise from Hwy 101. The only plus is you can get a crab dinner at the restaurant or for 120.00 you can rent a boat and catch your own crab.

Well maintained park. Our space was a level concrete pad with water, sewer, and electric. According to one of the locals, this is one of the best fishing lakes in the area. I counted 12 fishing boats during the early morning hours. The spaces are further apart than most parks. The vast majority of the spaces in our loop have shade. Spaces 26,28 and 30 in our loop are paved pull-thru's without neighbors and close to the edge of the lake. Batesville, MS is about 12 miles. There is a large grass area next to the lake that our dogs enjoyed chasing their favorite toy. They can't wait to go swimming
