Located on magnificent Nehalem Bay, Kelly's Brighton Marina is the premier spot for crabbing, fishing, camping, enjoying fresh-cooked seafood, and taking in the sounds and sights of the Oregon Coast. The marina has 17 waterfront RV sites, 6 overflow sites. Tent sites are first come, first serve. We have a nice selection of boats at Kelly's Brighton Marina. We provide each person with a coast guard approved P.F.D. (Life Jacket).

Not partial to line them up RV places but ok and right on the river. We dry camped in upper level. We don’t need many amenities, so it was great for us.

I was here for a quick stop and it served me well. off-season so I’m the only one in the tent spots. Looks like a fun place if you love seafood, crabbing, boating... Dogs are allowed on leash.

Stayed a few days and explored the coast north and south. Partial hook ups (W/E) with a public dump station about 3-4 miles away. If you stay, get a crabbing license and rent a boat. They have a $100 special. You get little boat and 3 baited crab traps. Limit is 12 Dungeness crab. We got 8 keepers. Way too much to eat at one sitting. They have boiling/steaming facilities to cook the crabs you catch. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a parking lot that has several back in sites that overlook the marina and bay. You will be next to someone and barely have enough space to get out of your camper. There was electric and water hookups only. The nearest dump station is in Nehalem Bay which is about 10 minutes away and is $5.
This was a very busy marina up until about 9pm. There were fire pits and picnic tables at each site. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The marina offers boat rentals where you can go crabbing or fishing. We paid $110 for two hours of crabbing and they supplied all the gear. When done, they even cooked the crabes for us. They have a bunch of other seafood for sale that they will cook for you.
Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just not exactly what we are into. Be sure to ask about all of the fees. (dogs, extra vehicle, people, kids, etc.)

All of the parks in the surrounding area were full so we chose Kelly's because the tent area is first come first served. The only spaces with utilities are crammed together that front onto the bay. The spaces are so close the awning of one unit was touching the slideout of the unit next to them. A small RV would fit into some of the first serve sites. Many of the tent sites are close to each other. Most sites sit next to a poorly maintained dirt road. I wouldn't use the porta johns they were bad. There is a lot of road noise from Hwy 101. The only plus is you can get a crab dinner at the restaurant or for 120.00 you can rent a boat and catch your own crab.

Good spot to camp if you are looking for easy access to crabbing. RV spots have water and electricity hook ups. They also face the marina providing nice scenery. The spots get tight quickly as people pull in since it is a park side by side in the lot. They make it easy to go crabbing as you can rent a boat or just traps. With the crabbing rentals they provide equipment and you can purchase your license. Very friendly staff and mostly clean sites. It is right off highway 101 and is quite noisy throughout the night.

Fantastic place for family fun... my wife loves crabbing here. The people who run this place are awesome. I want to thank Shirley for helping me find a site for my RV. She was awesome and went out of her way to make sure we had a nice camp site. I can only give this place 4 stars for now, but a couple of improvements would make it a 5 star place. If you are an RV'er, there's NO DUMP station here. Also, please PAVE the road to the upper loop camp sites. It's full of holes and ruts.
