The first 3.5 miles from turnoff from Rt 95 is BLM land you can camp anywhere you can find a spot. When you pass the sign for the Kofa Wildlife Refuge you are limited in where you can camp. You can only camp adjacent to the road. They have marked most pull off spots with stones showing the camp area. They have signs in some areas showing no camping past a certain point. There is a turn off before you enter the park that will take you over to Queen Canyon Rd. There is are numerous spots along that road There is a turn-off to the right about .5 after you turn on the road to Queen Canyon that heads up toward the mountains. The road is only passable for high clearance vehicles. There are numerous people that drive up to Palm Canyon in the winter months. Camping a distance from the road will reduce the dust. Great place to hike. You are 26 miles from Quartzite for supplies. We had excellent cell coverage with Verizon
