Easy to get in and out of this large campground split into 2 areas. The area near the river is busier and more congested. I stayed in the Savannah campground and it was semi private, quiet, and the site had plenty of room. Regular cell service and local channels are no issue here being close to the Twin Cities. Dark and quiet at night. Very wooded and great for taking a walk. Dump station was a plus!

Very nice owner and an easy back-in made this a great spot. Also, new bathrooms and showers were clean and roomy. No frills one road with a handful of sites in an orderly row. Each site has its own trash can so that was nice. Backs up to a giant plowed field so the view is nice and wide.

The gravel road says speed limit 15 and you better not go faster in a big rig. Very bumpy! The paved road to the top is steep so be ready for that.
Once up too, the views are really great! I stayed during a busy time where there were at least 20 other RVs scattered throughout the gravel and dirt parking area/road. Your RV will likely get dirty from the traffic.
It is a great free place to stay but there are a number of newbies/amateurs that keep their generators on all night so be ready to deal with that.

From the pin placement it looks like it’s not in the water but this little Jen is right in the marina. It is a great spot with a very friendly manager. There is a store and dump station along with high quality WiFi and pontoon rentals. The seasonal boaters and campers are friendly as well. Easy access to back into the relatively flat sites along the marina dock. It’s a little run down and past it’s glory days according to the locals but we had a safe and relaxing time here. It was a little noisy due to a factory being adjacent to the marina but it’s absolutely manageable.

This campground is large and very nice with plenty of amenities. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a pool, store with one of everything for your RV if you need it, showers, easy dump station, and the layout is mostly wooded. The staff leads you to your site, delivers fire wood if requested, and even picks up your trash bags for you.
WiFi worked well.
The location is just under 2 miles from downtown Egg Harbor which has something for everyone.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you are still away from the lake with no view until you get into town, and the price was a bit too high. Otherwise it’s a safe, quality campground!

This is a big open and level gravel lot with very long campsites and plenty of room. It’s very utilitarian but has everything you need. Handful of full timers with sites that were dressed up. There is a gas station and bar/restaurant on the property. Steaks looked good but I already ate. Felt very safe and it was quiet at night with a little highway sound.

$26 was passport America pricing.
My spot was not the greatest being on the end of a tight horseshoe and the rain made a nice swimming pool out my front door...but, there is a fun bar near the boat launch enough to make you want to be a seasonal camper here!
They charge extra for WiFi. This place unfortunately would have been disappointing if paying full price but OK at PA pricing. A little tight and no view except the other permanent campers. Big place too.

This is a great place to stay because it is very close to Canal Park and the lift bridge. It is tucked away in the marina and has a different vibe than just camping as you are on blacktop and surrounded by boats. I found this to be a welcome and unique change. WiFi was down and cell service kept going in and out. Other than that it was great and we felt safe.

Staff was great. I had site 22 which has tons of room and is an end spot. Very roomy and all sites seem level. WiFi works great. Hy Vee 2 blocks away.
Close to highway but that’s fine with me. Doesn’t get much better for a quick overnight stop. May even stay another night!

This location is good for a stopover for the night and close to the city. It’s cramped and has some seasonal sites in a bit of disarray but the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Sites are on gravel and it isn’t picturesque but it was not horrible. Small tucked away location ok if you must stay close to DT.
