We stayed in site 1 on our way north in October 2021. They have only been in business for a year, but have a great setup. Sites are level with FHUs and dual sewer, pull-thrus. Great WiFi reception and lots of grass between sites and surrounding area. Good easy stop off of I15 with clean laundry and propane available.

We stayed here in late September 2021, and although it is a gravel parking lot, it was a good place to stop for the night. We were in site 9 which is in the back row farthest from the highway. We also had amazing views of the monuments and desert from our campsite. Our FHU site was level and had a paved patio area with picnic table and fire ring. Looked like the KOA has better views than Goulding's up the road.

What a great state park! We were in Upper Forest Campground but next time hope to be on the beach in FHU sites. Site 80 was very level and had power, water, fire ring with new grate, picnic table and pretty private spot. Lots of places to walk and hike, and the beach below is not to be missed! Saw deer daily. Only bummer was daily construction noise nearby from restrooms being rebuilt. We used dump station on way out and it was nice and clean - free for campers.

Our favorite RV Park by far! We stopped for one night at the end of March 2021 and everything was perfect. Just off I84 and easy on/off highway. The host led us to our site near the office and gave us a welcome folder with all the info and amenities. This park is super clean with paved sites and roads. Although it was pretty full, we never felt crowded and it was very quiet at night. They have a small fenced dog park, pool, spa, laundry, showers, and even propane! 5 Star amenities with FHU, Wi-Fi, cable. We will be stopping again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Big Pine Campground in September 2021. We chose site 9 because it was close to the laundry room. The sites are closer together at the front, but the back loops had more space between sites. Everything was very clean and well-maintained and the staff is super nice and will deliver ice and firewood to your site. Beautiful setting among the pines. This campground is 15 minutes to everything - we rented a car in Hill City and went to Custer SP, Iron Mountain Road, Needles Highway, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. So much to see in this area!

We stayed at the Lucerne Campground in Flaming Gorge Recreation Area in September 2021. Stunning views all around. Site A9 was power only, paved and level, and had a really nice concrete picnic table, fire ring and BBQ stand. It looked like sites A11, A12 and B10 had the most privacy with the best waterfront views. The campground was super quiet overnights and had beautiful sunset views.

If you can get a reservation, don't hesitate! We spent 1 night in September 2021 and it was spectacular! We had back-in site 8 and our dry campsite had a picnic table and fire ring with views of the red rocks all around. Since the park fills up early, get there before 9 am or you may have to wait quite a few hours to go to your reserved campsite. Devils Garden Campground is at the end of the road inside Arches, so there is plenty to see and do once you get in the main entrance. A million stars at night and in the morning, we hiked up the hill for the sunrise - spectacular! Our neighbor did run his generator before 7 am and the camp hosts were right there to remind him of the quiet hours. Clean, well-maintained campsites.

We stayed here in September 2021 and were able to reserve site 24 with power. Being on the outside of the loop offered spectacular views of the sunrise in Badlands NP and provided privacy from the other sites. We filled up with water on the way into the campsite. Our site also had a picnic table with a shade shelter. We saw rabbits and deer from our picnic table. The only complaint was the neighbor behind us (no power site) who ran his generator with his porch light on right up to 10 pm. Then he started up his generator at 6:30 am - well before the 8 am deadline. Other than that - this was a great place for viewing the night sky!

We stayed here for 1 night in mid-September 2021 in a 25' motorhome. The RV park was very clean and well maintained. Our site backed right up to the Yellowstone River which was beautiful. Site S12 was very level and had grass and a picnic table. The sites are a bit close together, but since we only stayed for 1 night, that wasn't an issue. I think next time we would try someplace closer to I90.

What a gem! We stayed here mid-May 2022 and had an amazing overnight. Site 3 was super level with picnic table, 2 BBQ pedestals, fire ring and gravel parking pad. You could tell these sites were recently renovated. Dry camping, but we prepared for that - the loop was only 1/3 full and didn’t even hear generators. Super quiet overnight, although there is some road noise off Hwy 6.
