Confirmed by 6 users | Last reported on June 06, 2022Convenient to I15 south of Nephi, off exit 222, new campground opened in July 2020. This is a family owned open site with many new tree plantings, luscious sod green area next to each site, with full hook ups and excellent WiFi. We arrived without reservations on Labor Day weekend with plenty of vacancies. Owner was very welcoming, invited us to pick our own spot, and although there are no fire pits, we travel with a Solo Rancher fire pit and were welcome to use it. There are showers, bathrooms and laundry, but we did not use any. Although a mile from the freeway, there was some road noise, but they have built a berm and with the growth of trees, this should be even further reduced. Great view of the mountains to the north and south. You leave your garbage bagged at your site and they pick up daily.

We were between here and there and needed a place to park for the night with hookups. This campground is really nice and it's easy to tell the people who run really care about the place. The spaces are easy to get into and out of and are asphalt. This place is on my "come back and stay longer when I have the time" list.

A new RV park, and they are doing a great job! Most of the sites are long pull thrus, with two sewer connections. They have a few back-in’s. The pull thrus are wide, so you don’t feel like you are on top of your neighbor, and plenty long, for our 38’ fifth wheel and truck, to unhook and still have plenty of room. Easy off-on from/to interstate 15. Great WiFi and free!

Called ahead and they were open and had open spots. This is a brand new RV Park, it is very clean and 80% of the sites are really big pull throughs. The staff was super friendly and even though we didn't see them in person, they checked on us via text to make sure we had settled in and to give the WiFi password. WiFi was fast, the sites were very clean and they pick up your trash in the morning. They actually were smart when they built the rv park, they put in 2 sewer access for each site because not every rig is built the same.
The office and club house were not finished yet so I can't say anything about the toilets and showers.
It is relatively close to the freeway but you didn't hear it. We heard 1 train in the evening and that was it. The only thing is, one side is facing a factory of some sort but the other side is mountain view.

Do not miss this spot. As others have said this is a brand new RV park and by the way the owners treat you it will stay looking brand new for a long time. Beautiful views. Clubhouse and restaurant will be nice when they get completed. (Remember it’s brand new.) Cell coverage on att isn’t great, but the WiFi is so who cares.

Easy access from I-15. Owner met us and took care of checkin without us even leaving our truck. New Rv park, sites are great. Very quiet. Main building still under construction so no bathroom access. We will definitely be back!

Yes, yes and yes to all the previous positives. We're 5 weeks gone and heading home. After 4 days boon docking around Lake Powell posh digs like this is a pleasant change. Green farm land to the west and nice views of Mts Nebo and Bald right out the front window. Both wifi and cell coverage are very good.

There are only a handful of reviews that I ever do on Campendium. This just jumped up to one of the top three RV parks that we have visited fitting into to the 'not resort', but 'journey' category. I wasn't looking for a pool or a spa. I was simply looking for a new, well kept RV park that had spacious sites to fit our F250, 17-foot solar trailer and 34-foot diesel pusher while we were sightseeing for a few days.
The sites have ample room to spare and are all blacktopped. These guys really got smart. They leave an entrance and exit to the black top as gravel so that you can pull your truck in sideways if yo want and you don't have to worry about pulling off the blacktop when pulling away. They have a nice wide section of grass on the passenger side and gravel area where you would take care of your water, electricity and sewer.
They are still building what I assume will be the club house. There is an easy-to-use website to help you pick your favorite open site. The people are super nice. Everything is new and well planned out for big rigs and space between sites. There are great rules in place to keep undesirable behavior and undesirable people out of the park. You can tell this is going to be a nice place for years to come.
The only negative is that there are large semi trucks that jake brake on the road just outside the RV park. This happened about every other hour during the day. We are gone almost all day, so I didn't mind. There really was no noise at night. I could barely hear the highway.
Bottom line... This is how you design and run an RV park!
