Nice, wide, paved spots with a good amount of room between other campers. Beautiful grounds with nice large clubhouse. Swimming pool and hot tub are very nice. Bath houses are really nice. Big, private showers and toilets. Some spots even have casitas! Very nice place. Highly recommend staying here. Only possible negative is it's close to a highway and airport. The noise was only obvious when walking around the park. We didn't hear any noise inside our rig. Of course we had the air conditioner running ;)

We stayed in a Tiffin Pheaton to get some work done at a couple local shops. The location was good, close to the main street of town and 5-10 minutes away from the TIffin facilities. The reservation and check in was super easy. A phone call to make the reservation and an envelope and drop box at the site to make your payment (cash/check). We never saw the owners/managers. In fact, it was bitter cold so we hardly saw anyone there. Very quiet park. We heard normal traffic noise in the morning and evening. It's minutes from the Mississippi state line. We would stay again. We camped at Red Bay RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a breathe of fresh air to stay at such a nice park! We've been on the road since October 1 and have stayed at half a dozen parks, and this one is definitely the nicest park so far! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to see how lovely this park is for only $40 a nite. The access off the interstate is easy, the location is a short drive to many amenities. All the sites are desirable. We were very happy to be in site 19, in between two long term campers who each had their sites landscaped to look like "home". Sitting outside our rig we felt like we had our own private yard with the huge, beautiful trees separating us from our neighbor. The grounds are well taken care of, clean and well laid out. Our site was more then long enough for our 38' travel trailer and our 20' F250. There is a lot of grassy areas, with a nice play ground and a lovely picnic shelter.

Nice park, friendly people. One bath house with 2 showers and 2 toilets is open and clean, the other one was closed. Good gravel site, plenty long enough for our 38' rig and 20' truck. We chose not to unhook as we were just passing through, heading to warmer weather. My only negatives were the road noise, being right on a busy road, and the width of the sites. Very close to your neighbors. Otherwise, a lovely park.

We stayed one night driving from New Orleans to Athens Texas. Nice mid-way stopover. Easy access and manuvering. Only stayed one night so didn't get to explore, but park looked nice and the staff was definitely very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area. We stayed on a class A motorhome and didn't need to unhook our tow vehicle. We camped at Rainbow's End - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Motorhome.

If you are an Escapee and want to pick up your mail, make sure you are there when the mail room is open. We arrived on Saturday thinking we'd pick up our mail and learned the mailroom is closed weekends. Bummer for us.

It’s only our third RV park, but I I can see why people like to drycamp/boondock. The sites are very tight, quite close together. The neighbor woke me at 2:00am going in and out of his RV just from the door closing. Across the highway is a helicopter tour company and it runs all day long, very noisy. On the positive side, the staff is amazing and so accommodating. We needed help since it was our first back in site. Scott was wonderful!!! He guided us in and got us leveled and ready to enjoy our stay. It had rained heavily the day before so the ground was very soft and one side of our rig kept sinking. He ran off to get a piece of wood that did the job to keep our tires from sinking so we could get level. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We back up to the river which is wonderfully peaceful. I guess there will be pros and cons to every park. The only reason we won’t be back is because we saw what we wanted to see here, and have along bucket list of other places to explore.

Park is nice with lots of trees and water. Small rental cabins surround the park. Owners are very nice and very helpful with tips and suggestions for the RV, and local eateries. We stayed one night on our way south from Indy. We wanted to visit The Ark and The Creation Museum, but cannot do both in one day. I deducted a star from overall and value rating only due to no direct sewer connection. Although they do have a dump station, I prefer to have a direct hook-up. Sites are pretty level, although we did have to unhook to keep truck from sticking out into road. Since the park wasn't full, the owners let us park our truck in site next to us. We stayed in our 38' travel trailer with our Ford F250 truck. We camped at Three Springs Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tip: Take your time navigating through the neighborhood as your heading into the park. Narrow, bumpy road.

The owners are very nice and keep up the grounds well. Our spot, like all around us was very long and nice, wide space between campers. We camped with a 38 foot travel trailer and a 20 foot Ford F250, and still had room (about the size of a golf cart). Very peaceful and serene camping out on their farm land. Most our neighbors were contract workers, so staying monthly. You can see some long term RVs in the wooded area nearby. They also provide storage so you do see RVs parked around the perimeter. We didn't use the bathhouse at all, so cannot comment on it. We had 50 amp with water and sewer at every site. Gravel drive and sites, with grass in between. Each space has their own garbage can and picnic table. Everyone we met was very nice. If you want privacy and space for a good rate, this is the place. It's close to many amenities, so location was good for us too. If it bothers you to see long term campers with their plants and gardens, etc. then look else where. Long term campers don't bother us. So we would definitely stay again.

We stayed in site 120 for 5 weeks, January- February while taking the RV Basics course and RV Tech Course in a 40' class A with our CRV towed. We has plenty of room to park and nice space between sites. Very quiet park. Appreciated being close to the bathhouse and club house. So nice to meet up with others in the clubhouse or outside around the firepit. Even enjoyed a super bowl pot luck in the clubhouse organized by John and Vicki one of the many workcamper couples living there. Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful. The office is great with reservations, which we changed a couple times, holding packages for you and being available to refill propane tanks. The bathrooms were always clean, with plenty of hot water for showers. Laundry facilities were nice to have with plenty of coin operated washers and dryers. Even a change machine on the wall. The sites in the far back seemed to get much less wind, but are furthest from the bathhouse and laundry. From what we could tell, many sites are not level. We had to manually level our coach with large wood boards on just the passenger side in site 120. Not a big deal, but good to know. We camped at Texan RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here one night on our way to Indiana and it was okay, just for that. I wouldn't stay longer, at least in the part of the park we were put in. If we stay again, we will pay the extra for a premium site. We were packed in so closely that it wasn't comfortable to sit outside the rig. Vehicles had to be parked along the road as the sites weren't long enough for the truck and trailer. This made it difficult to drive at times. We had to ask our neighbors to move their trucks when it was time for us to leave and it was still a tight situation. The road driving into the park is very narrow. I would hate to meet another truck or RV on it. One of us would have to back up for sure.

On the positive side, the park is pretty big, the staff is very nice, it's clean and seems to be well taken care of. The showers and laundry are open but we didn't use them so cannot say anything other then that they're open, which is a plus. They have a large children's play area and a bouncy/trampoline area that the kids seem to enjoy. The park seems like a family kind of park with lots for kids to do. As an empty nester, I'm looking more for a peaceful campsite where I can relax by the fire in the evening. This wasn't it for me. At least in the sites/area east of the office.
