Very well kept campground. Bathrooms were very clean, laundromat was great.
We stayed on a water and electric site only. Some sites are full hookup. Sites are tight and our back in spot was a challenge to get 5th wheel placed. Parking tow vehicle on site was almost impossible but there was plenty of parking in an overflow lot. Very convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and west entrance to Yellowstone. Some traffic noise in mornings.

Wonderful campground right on the river. One con would be for light sleepers is you are right on interstate 90. Otherwise a straight 5 star.
Also a railway but only had 2 trains during our stay.

In a 28ft fifth wheel, plenty of room for trailer and tow vehicle. Site offers a view and great privacy for a campground. Well kept area. Water and elec site. Trail to waters edge but is small and steep. Rented boat from marina. Nice marina with super nice employees. Lake is beautiful. Site availability is a little confusing at first but one of the employees stopped what he was doing and loaded me into his utv and rode me around the area and explained everything. Would stay here again for sure. It’s a good way out of town so plan ahead. It is about 45 minutes to Durango which is an excellent day trip.

We planned on 2 nights ended up staying 5. The grounds are kept spotless. One of the bath houses was closed for renovation but the other was nearby so no issues. It is about 30 minutes back to Sante Fe. Verizon cell reception was great.
The sunrises and sunsets were fabulous.

Sites were well spotless most were back into but lots of room in each site. Electric only at sites. Dump station and potable water available there.
Super nice host as well as the staff we encountered. There is a walking trail that we did not have time to do and playground fort the small kids. Bathrooms were very clean and lots of hot water. They had the spring button that you had to keep pressing but shower was great otherwise. Lots of space between lots. The one concern is the floating dock in the lake would be a challenge for smaller kids and will need some maintenance soon.

Only stayed one night. Campsite was a very clean pull thru. We have 5th wheel and did not unhook and no level issues.
Water and electric. Wonderful lot to watch the sunset from the waters edge.
We stayed on lot 54 traveling companions stayed on 52. Both were great. Check in was easy, host was very nice.

Clean areas , clean level campsite, clean bathrooms.
Only there for 1 night so did not get to check out lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Super nice lady at checkin. Well manicured lawn and grounds, full hookup was nice. Laundry was ok only two machines and 2 dryers. Would definitely stay again. Bathrooms were nice and clean. A little road noise if you are a light sleeper.

One of the nicest camp host we have ever encountered. Campground is way above the quality of most campgrounds. The grounds are gorgeous. Friendly campers, beautiful grounds and only $20. Only negative is electric only, and morning road noise. You can’t see the road but you can hear it if light sleeper.

We were in a back on site 70 electric only. Plenty of room between sites. Showers were quite a distance from campsite but were clean and plenty of hot water. Pit toilet at campsite was very clean. Camp host led us to our site. Would definitely stay here again.
