We stayed for one night while hitting prairie creek. Our site was right along the River. We fished the Klamath and watched it go out and come in.
Full hookups, fire rings, great picnic tables. Grassy lots with perimeter of trees along property. Right off highway, which was Not loud through the night surprisingly.
A few local markets within driving distance, and a casino with a gas station. But overall a bit isolated.

Stopped for one night on Route 99. About 30min to/from highway, but great off the beaten path recreation area. Surprisingly busy within the recreation area, as the roads leading up to it are deserted (and horribly maintained). Absolutely no gas/food/services once you leave the highway.
Generous sites. Ours had a covered picnic area with full hook ups (30amp/water/sewer). Multiple neighbors were partying with music and fires, but everyone seemed to respect quiet hours. Would definitely stay here again, and longer.

Giant spots in large grassy areas with short trails. Large dog park. Friendly camp host. Very family friendly environment.

Second time we have stayed here and still more to discover. Didn’t even know the McKenzie River was a short walk down the trail. Pretty nice sites, full hook up with shade or full sun depending on your preference. Charming hosts. Nice facilities. Even a dog park.

Very Tight sites with large camping areas. But in a lot of sites (like ours) your campfire ring and picnic table are not on the passenger side of your rig. We had a pull through with everything on the drivers side of the rig. Some folks tried u-turns and even drive down the one way streets the wrong way to get their rigs situated so everything would be on the campside of the rig (watched a trailer broadside a pine tree attempting this also). Dump with fresh water nearby. Gas station and small convenience store also. Generator hours were 0800-2200 for national park service approved generators.

Called Ranger at Christie Campground and confirmed they were open, arrived to a closed gate so we detoured to BLM Rocky Point West, a 10-15min drive up eagle road from the other campgrounds. Paved turn off Eagle road with a very Sharp right hand and downhill turn (our class C made it fine). Gate the bottom with bulletin board. Sage brush on either side of dirt road down to three rock built campfire rings as markers for campsites. Sandy but driveable. Road narrows the further you go down it and sage brush and rocks close in on either side the further down you proceed. Would not recommend driving past the point the last campsite, as there is not a way to turn around. Some glass and trash, but overall the sites are clean. Cell service was intermittent one bar to none. Extremely quiet area. We were the only people around all night, saw two cars on the main road in 12 hour period of time.

Close together spots but in a very wooded area. Water spigot at entrance to loop (bring extension hoses to be able to reach it). Lovely trails around loop. Gorgeous PNW campground.

Very tight and unleveled sites. Picnic table and fire ring locations vary significantly from site to site as does each site’s individual size. Dump with freshwater. Convenience store and post office with dining options are a short walk (all closed or limited hours during our stay). Very short drive to canyon area and trails. Very green and lush region of YNP.

Gorgeous views and access to the lake. Decent hookups. No privacy between sites but spaced out. Expect partiers and late night violations of quiet hours.

Close together spots, but you would not notice as they are well separated by fencing or hedges. Almost all the spots back up to the lake. Great hook ups and friendly staff. Much larger park than I expected. Will definitely come back for another stay.
