Visited for the Region 2 Arabian horse show. Older fairgrounds, basically a big parking lot. The grounds were well kept, On-site park manager Susan was very nice. She lives here on-site at the beginning of the lot if you need anything. The spots on the north side can definitely handle massive rigs, we are 40’ and had our toad parked across the front. Can’t comment on utilities, showered and ran laundry inside my coach. Very close to everything in Santa Barbara. Little to no highway noise considering it’s right off the exit.

Want to start off by saying the young ladies in the front office were excellent and went above and beyond to fix our issues when first pulling in. Made our reservation last September, locked our big rig end spot in the back of the park, everything ready to go. We pull in after a seven hour ride from AZ to find another camper in our spot. Supervisor came out to our location, created a solution for another end spot and all was well (story was much longer but whatever) Was told to come to the office, they would credit us a % on the nightly for the troubles and also gave us some bundles of wood for the next couple nights. Much more then I expected, was very very impressed with the customer service. Moving past this, the rest of the stay was fantastic. Large park for the kids to enjoy their bikes, great for walking the dogs, extra wide spots which kept the wood fire smoke out of the RV. Let’s not forget the excellent location directly outside Bryce Canyon national park. SXS friendly, great location, even some wildlife in and around the resort. Would definitely return, if traveling with a trailer or extra toys the big rig spots in the back will not disappoint, they are HUGE.

Conveniently off the 40 and close to a Love’s truck stop. Very big pull thru sites, all well kept. Staff was very accommodating it scheduling a last minute overnight with late check in. Looked to have many amenities however we did not utilize any of them. Would stay again when traveling across the 40.

This place never disappoints. Well maintained, always very clean, reasonably priced, great location. Already scheduled to return in the fall, this remains a top five rv resort for our family. Thirty minutes to Park City and all the amenities. Heber City continues to evolve as a great little town, we love it. Plenty of activities for the kids, great views of the mountains, always a nice breeze. Sites are are a little skinny in the M row but no issues getting in and out.

Perfectly located outside the entrance to Dinosaur national monument, literally across the street from the road that leads to the Quarry. Owner was excellent, personally led us to our site and made sure we knew how to hook everything up. Decent playground and grass area which was great for the kids and dog. Some rundown mobile homes parked next door but it appeared as the park was installing new fencing to get that out of the view. They did do a good job separating the full timer’s from the daily use section which I personally appreciated. Would stay again if ever visiting Dinosaur or Vernal.

Planned a weekend stay here for local youth soccer tournament and plan to return very soon! Beautiful setting amongst the rocks, perfectly placed sites and very friendly staff. I really liked that they have a picture of every single spot on their website, very helpful especially with a big RV. We had a 25’ trailer in tow and our spot accommodated it very well. 15 minutes to the main town, 5 minutes to 89a. Hiking trails were great, saw they even had kayak rentals for Lake Watson. Can not comment on the bathrooms as we did not use them BUT they had trash drop locations in multiple spots which was convenient. Look forward to visiting again!

Great location just outside the main drag in Williams. A bit on the older side but the grounds were very well maintained. Just minutes to Bearizona and about 60 miles to the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot to see anything around Williams while not being in the parking lot RV parks inside town. Expect some light highway noise and trains coming in and out of town, none of which was a disturbance. Staff was very friendly and enforcing masks inside the reception/store for those who are concerned about that. After checking in, an escort lead you to your site and made sure you were all good. Can not comment on the bathrooms or showers since we did not use any of those amenities. Playground was pretty rundown but my kids still had a great time. The upper section of the park does sit on a hill but was no issue getting level, make sure to bring some blocks with you for other things like a grille, table, etc. Overall good park, will return again.

Stayed here while at a youth soccer tournament over a weekend. Great proximity to Kino sports complex, maybe 1 mile away. On the industrial side of the highway so the surrounding area is very commercial, lots of barb-wire, lots of questions. However, not once did we feel uneasy about our stay. The park and staff were EXTREMELY friendly! Sites were mostly level and very clean. We chose one of the dog fenced sites with fire pit. It was very convenient with dog fencing, table/chairs and bench around of the fire pit. This made setting up and breaking down very easy. Two pools and very very dog accommodating. Trash pickup multiple times a day was great. Restaurant on site had great pizza and wings. Will stay here again the next time we visit the area for sport or play.
