Cimarron Canyon. NM State park is inexpensive but poorly maintained. The sites are overused and the paving is falling apart. The bathrooms are barely clean. The sites are very crowded with lots of big RV’s squeezed in. Camphost was very nice and accommodating. The area is pretty to drive or bicycle through. The trails are poorly maintained. Despite all of that, it is a good location for access to Eagle Nest and the park which is pretty

This Is a very basic RV stop They Offer Free Water, Electric And Sewer Hookups. We welcomed the shelter from a severe wind/dirt storm. It is a gravel parking area with a single row of closely
Placed slots. It is right on a very
Noisy highway with a lot of large trucks. I would only stay here in an emergency. But Thankful
For it last night.

Haw creek falls. NFCG 8 well spaced sites near pretty waterfall and creek with good swimming hole. Pit toilets no water. Good hiking along the Ozark Highlands Trail East to Ft Douglas Trailhead. Nice short hike out of CG to Pack Rat Falls. Pams Grotto nearby also. A local favorite and busy weekends. It was quiet in the fall during the week. Right off a paved road

This is a scenic park that was very busy on a fall weekend. The campground had nice sites with flat asphalt pads and good bathroom/shower house. The sites were extremely close together less than 5’ between some sites. Also big streetlights. Do not get a site close to showers unless you like full exposure

The other reviewer does a nice job describing all logistical details. Like many parks, weekdays are quiet in the fall. The campground runs parallel to the river so there are lots of good site with river view however they are too close together.
Regardless, it is a beautiful well maintained park with electric and water hookups (the only one in NPS on the river). Nice hiking around the park and easy access to river with an awesome bluff on the bend. There is also good access for canoeing in the area.

The campground itself is OK. Little crowded with no privacy. There are nice trees on the perimeter. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Nice bayou area for walking and wildlife watching. We also enjoyed riding bike into Ocean Springs which is a cool town. Loved Walter Anderson Museum. His art celebrates the beauty of the gulf coast.

This park is on Lale Superior in a Good location to visit Apostle Islands, Bayfield and Ashland. The sites are open and closely spaced. They are clean with fresh gravel pads. The bathrooms are worn but clean. Showers are selfpay at $.25 per 3 minutes. It was quiet even tho it was full and in close proximity to road. I'd stay here again because it is reasonably priced for the area. Wifi was included.

This is a well maintained NFS campground with well spaced sites in a pine forest. All sites in B and C loops have lake views. It is central location for sightseeing as well as relaxing at the lake. Summer weekend was busy and noisy with generators.
