Well spaced and well cared for. We stayed a week in early September while visiting Acadia. The grounds are well maintained and the bath house is very clean with plenty of hot water for showers. The water front sites are water and electric only (50 /30 amp), but they offer pump out service for $10. Well worth it for the views in my opinion.

The park itself is fairly decent. Right off the interstate, water, electric and sewer hookups all in good shape. All sites are gravel and ours was nearly perfectly level side to side. Bathhouse and laundry on site and were clean. Standard discounts offered (Good Sam, AAA, military), but the biggest is Escapees. Make sure to mention it if you have it. Did not usethe wifi and the freeway noise was not bad considering how close it was. What really set it apart was the kindness and helpfulness of the manager. We had mechanical problems with our tow vehicle about 20 miles before reaching York. She let us stay late into the afternoon without charging another night while I was getting repairs done 40 miles away. It really helped reduce the stress and I was very grateful for that.

The beach access is the best part. We were only 2 rows from the dunes so we could hear and fall asleep to the ocean every night. We had a 30/50 amp full hook up site. The sites are understandably close together, but we were on a corner and only had neighbors on 1 site.
The pads were mostly level and the landscaping could use some work, but nothing to complain about. We didn't really use the WiFi or the shower rooms, but the laundry was nice and always available during our stay. We arrived mid-week during the end of VA and NC spring break. It was packed with kids and families until about Friday and then I'd say the park was at 50% or less capacity the rest of our stay.

Needed a place to stop overnight on the way from Nashville to NW Wisconsin. First place I found was closed. The second never returned my call. Then found this while searching at a rest stop. Very glad we did! Host was very friendly and guided us to our site. Convenient access off of I-57, but still pretty quiet overall. Clean, updated restrooms, laundry and a walking path around the small lake. Our site was very level. Shopping and food ~ 6 miles away in town. AT&T had a very good signal.

We were in the newer section which is quite nice. Still a bit of a work in progress, but it is obvious the new owners are putting a lot of effort and money into this campground. Our pull-thru site was relatively level but maybe one of the most recent ones created. Some of the sites further up the hill are more finished. The bathhouse contains laundry and private, individual shower/bathroom that were quite clean.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Easy check-in. The host/owners are very friendly and helpful. Our stay was based around working remotely during the day and visiting Mammoth Cave during the evenings. Sadly our visit took place during the start of the COVID-19 shutdown and NPS cancelled all tours mid-week. The park remained open though and was nice and quiet for hiking activities.
Singing Hills is about 8 miles from the visitors center and very easy to get to. The bath house is clean and well kept, with nice hot showers. It is a small campground, but was not very full while we were there. The in-park wifi worked decently for both my wife and I to work effectively during the week. Our site was fairly level and the hookups were in good shape. The office has a free DVD checkout library and reasonably priced snacks and drinks if you don't want to venture into town.

The park is quite old, but they do a decent job of maintaining it. For some reason the water, electric and sewer connections are very oddly placed. Some sites have the power pedestal in the back with the water in front. Other sites share 1 water spigot with 3 faucets requiring hoses to be run across sites. The full hookup area is very tightly packed and some of the sewer connections are actually in other sites, so you might need a long hose. The sites are all sandy gravel and many of them are uneven, so be aware of that.
We requested a full hookup site when I made the reservation. They gave me a list of open sites while I looked at a map and she said the one I chose was full hookup. Because of this, we did not bring the tote (our waste tanks are only 18 and 12 gallon for grey and black). We were halfway setup when we couldn't find the sewer connection. When I asked where it was, I was informed that we were at a 20 amp water and electric only site. It turned out to be okay with us. The site is much wider (but not as deep) as the FHU sites with more space in between sites. We were fine with the 20 amp. A fifty amp rig wouldn't fit in this spot anyway. The park has a honey wagon service 3 times a week, so that got us through without needing to move the trailer to dump.

Stopped here on 4/8/22 on the way to Nashville. We didn't need any hook-ups so we were good there. It had been a little cold and rainy when were were there, so it was a bit muddy, but the pull-through site itself was paved and dry. We were in the area for a week in mid-March of 2020 and our cave tour was cancelled due to everything shutting down. We were able to book the same tour again for 4/9 and it was great. Our tour was mid-afternoon, so we were able to just check out of the site by 11 and move to the oversize area of the visitors center parking like about a block away. The only down-side wasn't with the campground, but the campers in our site after us. They didn't know what time zone they were in, were 2 1/2 hours early for check-in, and tried to rush out out of the site. Oh well. Takes all kinds I guess.

We were planning on dry camping in Custer State Park for 4 nights, but weren't getting enough solar into the 2nd day. Called this campground on a Fri. and they had open sites and were just down the road. They gave us a back-in 30 amp FHU site that had plenty of room and was just a few yards from the very clean and well-kept bath house. The RV sites are in the back, lower part of the property and the cabins are in the front. While we had plenty of room, some of the sites are a little oddly sized and small, but would work for a class B. Most of the already occupied sites were pull-thru's with 20-30 ft travel trailers. I wouldn't recommend any large 5th wheels or class A motor homes. It would be a pretty tight fit.

$15 a night for dry, $20 for electric. Sites are large and mostly level. There are dumpsters, vault toilets and water spigots in each loop. The campground is very well kept and clean. 30 miles east of Grand Teton National Park. We were able to get at&t 4G with a booster.
