Very convenient location. Nice lady checked me in assigned a space we could fit on without removing the car. (Big plus for me for a 1 nighter). FHU 50 amp fairly level, gravel for the PA rate of $21. Pretty good by me! Some highway noise but not too bad. Highly recommend for a pass through. Did not use facilities.

We stayed at this campground as we were traveling across the country. We chose it because of its location in our hours-of-driving schedule. The RV park we had stayed in the previous night didn't have fire pits or trees, and we were hoping, with campground being in the name, to find both of those. We were both surprised to find this to be more of a gravel parking lot than what we had in mind for a campground.
When we arrived, the host came right out to meet us. We learned we only had water and electric, and we really needed a full hookup, so she was able to upgrade us to a full hookup for only $4 more and was very helpful in getting us checked in. We stayed in D-4, which was somewhat in the middle of the sites.
It had rained for a while prior to our arrival, so we had to navigate around quite a few deep potholes filled with water, but we were able to get in and settled fairly quickly. Our narrow, gravel site was mostly level, so we didn't need to mess with our blocks. Clearly there were no fire pits or picnic tables, so our hopes of enjoying time outside had to be adjusted. In addition, the camper parked next to us had outdoor security cameras, and two were pointed right at our windows. We decided to keep our blinds shut.
Cell service was fairly terrible, despite being right next to the interstate and so many businesses (Wal-Mart, hotels, restaurants). Thankfully we had a hot spot and were able to use that for a short time before giving up entirely.
Despite all these things, we were able to enjoy a gorgeous sunset (out of the non-surveillance side of the RV) and slept very well. The park was much quieter than I thought it would be. And we were able to make a quick stop at Wal-Mart the next day to stock up on a few things before getting back on the road.

Due to the HUGE numbers of RVs out and about this summer causing a shortage of available full hookup sites, we found ourselves needing a place to hole up and do some re-planning. This place was exactly that. It's quiet and clean and the park manager is a sweetheart. The gravel lots are as level as can be expected. They're close together, but easy to get in and out of with our 37' TT.
Bathrooms were clean with a good number of showers. The showers had those annoying push-button operated heads where you push the button and get water until the button not-so-slowly pops back up. Fortunately the water was nice and warm, but I had to push that button way too many times.
The laundry facility was smallish with 3 washers and 4 driers. Washers were $1.50 and driers were $1.25.
There's a Walmart and a surprising number of fast food joints within walking distance. There's also a quaint little town right down the road with a nice local coffee shop.
For those that work from the road and need a reliable internet connection, although I had a consistently strong Verizon signal here - 4 or 5 bars at all times - it seems they have very little bandwidth in the area. I rarely got above 3-4 MB download and it would often be much slower. Ping times consistently ranged wildly from below 100 to 500 or more. I was able to work without interruption, but my work isn't very sensitive to that kind of variation. I certainly wouldn't rely on it for a video call.
The wireless service was, much like almost every RV park, barely there. Sometimes we couldn't connect and when we did it was pretty dreadful.

Pro: easy on and off I80.
All pull through sites
Electric service appears in good condition.
Cons:
1. Note on office (see picture) states to take any available site if prepaid (we were). After pulling in a site on row D and getting boards out to level, the Oklahoma welcoming committee on row E I formed us that site was reserved. When I stated we had reservations and referred her to the notice on the office. She proceeded to haughtily inform me “Those are for MY family, sites 2-7 and they are reserved for THEM”. Such a nice welcome to York. On second look (see picture) her site was definitely permanent with loads of junk, a shop fan and at least 8 lawn chairs. The site D5 also had an empty coke bottle, Capri sun bag and a styrofoam cup. We circled the grounds several times to find a site that was nearer the office. Would I stay again? ….definitely not.
2. Wifi is like many camps…available but not functional. I either couldn’t get on or there was no internet connection. (Using personal hot spot. )
3. It rained earlier and you can see huge lakes in the roads. Gratefully, the sites themselves are gravel, not level but not muddy or puddled.
4. Water pressure is about 40lb. A bit low.
5. All the sites we pulled into sloped to the passenger side. Some needed at least 3” of leveling.

The park itself is fairly decent. Right off the interstate, water, electric and sewer hookups all in good shape. All sites are gravel and ours was nearly perfectly level side to side. Bathhouse and laundry on site and were clean. Standard discounts offered (Good Sam, AAA, military), but the biggest is Escapees. Make sure to mention it if you have it. Did not usethe wifi and the freeway noise was not bad considering how close it was. What really set it apart was the kindness and helpfulness of the manager. We had mechanical problems with our tow vehicle about 20 miles before reaching York. She let us stay late into the afternoon without charging another night while I was getting repairs done 40 miles away. It really helped reduce the stress and I was very grateful for that.

After connecting our hose to the faucet, water shot up in the air like Old Faithful. Made it impossible to use city water. Thank goodness we were only here for one night!! Lots of permanent residents who tend to be messy and not follow the campground rules

Rolled in Late. Directly off the highway. Quick, easy, and great place to sleep for the night. Leave the AC fan on and you won’t here the traffic on the highway. The after hours checkin was streamlined. Definitely stay here again for an overnight stop!

We have stayed at this campground twice in the last 13 months while passing through on our way to the Southwest. It's conveniently located off of the interstate, so definitely some road noise. It is big rig friendly with ease of maneuverability. I've used both the full and partial hookups during our stays here. And before heading out on the next days journey, it is conveniently located near a wonderful espresso shop for a morning "kick-start". For a 1 night stay, interstate noise and services provided by the town of York, it is worth the money.

We were able to use our passport America so it only cost $20. With our HDT and our 45 foot fifth wheel we’re about 72 feet long so we hung out over the length of the 60 foot sites. But there was no one in the back area, so we had no problem for an overnighter. The staff is great and we were able to rest. Yes there was freeway noise, but that doesn’t bother us.
