Sweetwater Event Center campground is Perfect for stopover. Couldn’t be easier. When you arrive (Pilot Butte) call the caretaker, you’ll stop by his house (just past the showers) to pay. There was a huge event going on and they still had plenty of room for us. We paid $33 for full hook ups. Quiet, Level, Clean, private restroom/ showers. Nice sunrise.

Well run. What we loved - they have spacious pull through full hook up sites. Very pretty with the large trees, fall colors and access to pond/river. Nice clean bathrooms/ showers though they didn’t have private stalls or showers. Super nice staff and discounted rates after labor day. Good WiFi Cable. Kayaks available. Check in 1pm/check out 12pm

Not much we didn’t like. Some of the driving isles are smallish and not one way. The town of Cascade is small so only a few restaurants were open. McCall is 30 minutes north. Prices are Moderate to expensive ($42-$45 night)

What a great find. This RV Park is still taking reservations during the coronavirus pandemic. We called and got a site for three nights. Sites are long and spacious, level, gravel, wide with shrubbery and some fencing between, adding lots of privacy. Both easy back in and pull through sites. Several large clean showers/ bathrooms, laundry and library but no amenities like a pool or hot tub.

Did i mention the Excellent cell, and even better fast WiFi, which was very good with multiple access points to connect to through out the park. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great prices and we used AARP to get additional discount, they also accept Good Sam. Cabins available. We were very happy and recommend it.

Nothing fancy and a little run down. Some staff are friendly helpful, others are not. I hear it actually has had some improvements.

What we liked:
*Great Location
*We were able to reserve a spot just a few days before we arrived
*Full hook ups $50
*Quiet park on the lake
*bathrooms/showers were clean and had good hot water.

What we didn’t like:
No WiFi
The park is old, neglected, needs some repairs.

Ok RV park in Holbrook, Arizona was just what we needed. Best park around this area and see Petrified forest or Winslow. Good Wifi and free cable TV. Showers and laundry are good, clean. All spots are long gravel pull through. Some trees but minimal shade or landscaping. Spacing is close but not tight, they alternate directions so it feels like the next vehicle is further away. No road noise pretty quiet. Most people stay 1 night. A few of us are here waiting out a two day wind storm (25-50 mph). Thank you Highway weather app for showing us the max gusts. As of 3/24/2020 Petrified forest shut their gates not just their visitor centers. Rates are $39-44, or with Good Sam AAA KOA AARP FMCA Active Mitarty $34 -39).

What we Love about Crystal Crane Hot Springs. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The updates to the pond including the paved patio, seats and paved entry into the pond are great. Everything is super clean and regularly sanitized for Covid. We never felt crowded in the pond, people spaced out and if it was busy, we just waited an hour and it opened up, because it is open 24/7 you can go any time.

What we didn’t love was barking dogs that owners didn’t respond to and allowed them to continue barking. Unfortunately, there is not a lot to do in the area. There is a cafe in Crane, several restaurants/bars in Burns and Malheur National Wildlife preserve. We had a nice day trip to French Glen.

Teton Valley RV and Campground in Victor, Idaho is a Fantastic place to stay. One of the best campgrounds we have been at. It was a 40 minute drive over Teton pass to get to Tetons, but we didn’t mind to have full hooks up and great amenities. Pool, hot tub, private/bathrooms/showers that were clean and some of the best we have experienced. A variety of sites from pull thru to paved to gravel, cabin, Teepees and tents. We booked online just a week before we arrived. Several sites were open and we found one for five days. Check in was st 2pm. We did arrive early and were charged an early arrival fee. First place where we had to sign a COVID campground waiver. Quiet, clean, okay to good WiFi, friendly staff. Nice Sunsets.

Quiet. Clean. Good price ($25). We called the same day and got a space for two nights. We loved our visit to death valley and extended our stay another two nights rather than boondock inside the park. We liked the WiFi and being hooked up to electric during the cool nights.
All the sites are Pull thru. Manager (TJ) was quite the character and offered fun banter. The RV park offered Roku, multiple 5G WiFi options, picnic tables and the
Showers are clean but just ok. Only two showers (one male one female). The water was Hot but low water pressure.

Delights is Clean. Quiet. Awesome private baths. No WiFi.

So we read all the reviews and weren’t sure which place to choose. We didn’t necessarily want separate mens and women’s baths (aka Tecopa Hot springs) or to pay extra for a private bath and we were hoping to get in to Petersons Tecopa Palms RV resort but their baths were closed today so we opted for Delights Hot Springs.

Delights has four nicely decorated, clean private baths, one is open to the stars, one is larger with a bench to sit on and they have a pool with four hot tubs. Guests are allowed 30 minutes at a time in the baths which are HOT 104-106F. Tubs are open 24/7. There is a patio waiting area if all four are occupied. There is a clubhouse with books, movies, WiFi and a phone, showers. The have hotel rooms and cabins for around $100 a night, and RV spots are basically $54-60 a night as they charge $27-$30 per person to use the baths daily. They have a minimal discount for military and seniors. Staff are super friendly. Moderately Spendy for an RV park but there were plenty of people staying here (they have 44 RV spaces) and the baths were great and we were able to get a open private bath every time only waiting 10 minutes once. We liked bath 1 best it has a bench in the tub to sit on and seemed less hot, but that shower was nice and hot nit just warm.

What campground is where?
When coming in to town from Shoshone
1. Petersons Tecopa Palms is on right
2. Delights is across the street and down road on left
3. Tecopa hot springs - county run is the largest and main place in town
4. When coming from Tecopa the Tecopa Hot Springs is first on both sides of road with Peterson’s Tecopa Palms and Delights at the end
