We drove through Valley of Fire and decided to stay there in the campground. We drove through the Atlatl Rock Campground and decided we didn’t need RV hookups as we wanted more private camping... we went to the Arch Rock Campground and found a spot that was great! We just positioned our van so we didn’t see anyone! Dogs had to be on leashes but we took them on a lil nature walk away from the campground to Arch Rock and took photos. Great lil campground that only has 27 spots and only 10 dollars after you pay the 10 entry fee to the park.

Closed! Look up Happy Camper RV in Baggs, Wy the gentleman was amazing. We called him and get went out there and plowed us a spot as the road was closed to get to the I- 80. It’s a little rugged but we had power and there were fairly clean bathrooms

This RV park was very big and nicely done. Even with all the snow it was a perfect spot for our sprinter van. There was a large dog area to let our dogs run around after being in the car for hours. The bathrooms were nice but in need of a deep clean. We didn’t use the showers but overall facility was worth the 47 dollars

I picked this place even without reviews because I loved their website. The owners were so helpful and friendly. They have put a ton of work into this little gem and we were lucky to have found it. The laundry and shower/ bathroom were so clean that I felt great about washing all of our bedding and clothes from being on the road for 10 days. The showers were hit and so clean that I could actually enjoy it and not rush! I highly recommend this park to anyone traveling through Bandon. There is a very nice taxi driver that will come and pick you up from camp and take you into the little town for 7 bucks!

So lucky that someone posted photos of this location! After 2.5 hours driving around Alabama Hills looking for a spot we gave up! It was crazy busy! We headed south and thanks to a Campendium user we ended up here! Couldn’t have been more perfect! All 4 of our dogs had a blast! We were in our 27ft sprinter, the road is good but slow going! No sound from the highway as you are 3 miles away from it! There is also a cement pad up there so no problems with leveling

Sea and sand was a very cute little campground. Lots of beach front spots and easy access to the beach. Everything was very clean and the campground well maintained. We had a beautiful sunset at the beach with the dogs running happily off leash. Highly would recommend this campground. When we checked it we received a bag of Salt Water taffy. A mall gesture that just made me happy and smile. Good overall feeling about the service and customer care. I also watched a young man help this older lady next to us set up her camp and went back to the office to get a cable connection for her since she didn’t have one! Just so sweet!

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and we lucked out. It looks as though it was supposed to be an RV park then they ran out of money... all the concrete pads were level but were over run with bushes on the sides. It was a beautiful spot just off the highway but with no highway noise. There were a few campers and maybe a few “residents” Great spot to not have to deal with the crowds of furnace creek and wonderful for our three dogs to just run and play off leash! Highly recommend for anyone not wanting to be near too many people!

We arrived to a gorgeous day, then you get to the RV park and it becomes dark... thus cold. Gorgeous to be in and amongst the trees but the highway makes it feel like a bit of a sham. Bathrooms and showers are clean... walking really isn’t an option to town or to the beach. It’s a good stop o er but not a multiple day stay. We ate lunch in town and had a glorious walk on the state beach. Highly recommend

They are doing a lot of work to make this park better, must be under new ownership. The location on the beach was wonderful. Our dogs had the beat time because they could just run and run. We had to ride our bikes 2 miles to watch the sunset as the beach in front of the park is not oriented to the west. The bathrooms and the showers are in need of a over haul. Showers were smelly and extremely uncomfortable. I paid for better Wi-Fi and it was still extremely poor: not worth it. We paid for two nights but left after 1 because I think there is much more to see north.

All the hook ups cute quiet and clean. The people that run the place were very nice! The picnic tables need a lot of help. Other than that it worked out great for an overnight.
