Eh, I’d rather have just pulled into a rest stop and ran the generator. Train right next door with hourly LOUD train whistle blowing. Basically sharing the parking lot with Walmart. Easy access from Hwy 287 and friendly lady that took our reservation over the phone. Small old playground and summer pool but it was closed up so cannot comment on quality of the pool.

This place was so fantastic! One large pool area with tons of seating half of which is shaded. A second pool area with just as much shaded and outdoor seating next to a little lazy river. They have other fun things to do like volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, ping-pong, etc. The RV sites are more spread out and spacious than any I have ever seen. You can easily fit the longest RV and still have space for a full-size truck and that doesn’t even include the additional paved space for the picnic table. Lots of grass everywhere, wide roads, easy to get around! The folks that own this place are always trying to do fun things and often have a nightly activity you can partake in. Simply walk across the street and down about three houses to a beach access road. They also have brand new cabins for folks that don’t own campers. This is an all-around great place for families, singles, grandparents, everyone!!!

This place is a must see! From the beautiful pool area to the hot tub and especially the lazy river fun! They have more than enough space around the various pools to include even a full campground. They offer all kinds of fun things to do such as volleyball, horseshoes, ping-pong, corn hole, etc. These are some of the largest, most spacious RV spots I have ever seen! Each one is large enough to fit the biggest RV plus an additional car and still has additional space for the picnic table, all paved! Wow! You can also walk across the street to the beach. They also have cabins for any friends that may want to come they don’t have a camper. We had the most wonderful time & our kids had a blast!

Location location location! Just a quick walk up and over the dunes and boom nothing but beautiful soft sandy beaches as far as the eye can see! Easy check in after hours. The spots are pretty tight so if you’re bringing a large rig be sure you know how to park! WiFi was crappy but we definitely were not on vacation to get good Wi-Fi so that worked out well for our family; forced the teenagers to unplug. Only stayed two nights but no doubt we would have stayed longer if we didn’t already have plans to meet friends in Galveston.

One of the best parts of our entire Texas trip! The Riverwalk down below the downtown city streets is like a magical little paradise below ground! Great food, sights & sounds, just a great way to soak up some Mexican American Texan atmosphere 🧡.

Epitome of ‘Keep Austin Weird’! Great little place tucked into the hustle & bustle of Barton Creek area. Can walk to just about everything. Cannot wait to come again, if there’s a spot available!

Very pretty place. Not far off the main roads in Lubbock. Fishing looks perfect. Our younger kiddos love the playground and our older kiddos love the bike trails! Only 2 complaints: there is a large power plant that woke us up around 2 AM- sounded like a 747 parked over our Rv for over an hour. Secondly, the parking and general alignment of the campground spots is very confusing! We came in late at night and could not make sense of where there were roads versus camping spots and what side of each spot had power. Still a very neat place. We’ll be back!
