This is a nice campground with small campsites. If you have a large camper it might be a tight fit. We had full hookups.

We camped here one night while visiting La Plata, and enjoyed the quietness and our Labrador retriever loved swimming in the lake

We stayed here for two days while exploring Skagway and the old ghost town of Dyea. There is no drinking water at the campground, so be sure to bring some. Plenty of firewood is provided.

What a beautiful place to camp. There’s large open spaces with great views of the mountains.
The access road was a little bumpy but it’s worth the trip. We were here in early May.

This campground has some of the biggest and nicest campsites I’ve experienced in Nova Scotia. It is centrally located near all of the major attractions. The campground has a nice playground and good swimming area.
