Dump only in the worst location ever! Uphill dump???and no fresh water

Wanted $25 to dump our in-bed truck camper— 15 gallon gray; 13 gallon black

Arrived After Hours; Was Warmly Greeted By Cisco and Escorted To A Site. Was A Good Safe Stop For Overnight; lots of train and traffic noise so be prepared with ear plugs..

If we could give 10 stars to John we would! This campsite has so much going for it—especially if you are looking for an overnight or few days in the area! We were able to make same day reservations online and arrive after dark (just be set up by 10pm!). It was super easy to find and very clean and neat. There are long-termers set up mostly around the edges, but every site was neat. The bath house was clean. The laundry room has three very new washers and dryers. There is a nice new game room and a small store. The pool and area are clean. Lots of trees and very quiet! Our lot (#59) was so level no blocking was needed! Water, sewer, electicity…everything worked great. But the best thing was John helped us with a repair to our rig and was so nice! If we are in the area again we will stay here!

We selected this campground because it is adjacent to the Lincoln Boyhood Home National Historic Site. In fact, the state of Indiana gave the Boyhood Home site to the Park Service. We had a peaceful stay; the bathhouse was clean, showers were comfortably warm. My only complaint would be that the site have little privacy. This was not an issue for us as the campground was only about @1/3 capacity; at a busy time that might be a concern. We were here at the beginning of October 2017.

No check in — maintenance below par; could not find bathrooms. No trash to be seen. Quiet. Hook-ups were fine. We would stay again.

We tent camped here for one night in early October, 2017 ... beautiful camp ground! Level campsites with electricity, bear box, light pole, fire ring, and picnic table. Bath house is modern, clean, and warm on a cool morning. First time I have ever experience, clean, double sink with hot running water for campers to wash dishes! Beautiful area and great hikes. Half price ($9.50) for National Parks Senior Pass.
