This is a simple campground / motel with (I think) 12 sites F/H. It is right on extremely busy Highway 89. We never saw anyone who worked here. Our check-in paperwork was in a box outside office. This is not fancy in any way. I never went into the bathhouse so I don't know about that. Very noisy all the time. We would not stay here again because of the extreme noise but it is close to Zion if you need a place. We had great dish satellite and Verizon cell and internet.

This is a gem of a park that Edward has put a lot of hard work into. We had site 18 which is a level back in with full hookup and Starlink wifi. The wifi didn't work so good for us so we used our own hot spot. Verizon 4G 2 bars before WeBoost. The road noise is the only issue but we were far enough back that it wasn't so bad. We had to stay to get our truck fixed in Prince George and found this to be a great spot close enough but not too close to the city. Price above is US dollar.

We found a lot of shopping options for the restocking that we needed to do. It is the highway so you have that noise all day/night. We found some interesting things to do in Prince George like the walk along the river with tree carvings, bike/hike trail nearby. We might stay again if we are ever in the area. We were able to rent a cable box for $20

We stayed here one night and enjoyed it. Our site 8 was looking out at the horserace track so we watched the afternoon races! The casino is small and restaurants aren't much. Camping with water and electric were definitely worth $15. Level sites so you don't have to unhook. Full Verizon signal.

We parked here one night (Mar. 1) for $15. The spots were level so we could have stayed hooked up. We enjoyed watching the afternoon horseraces right from our 5th wheel and from their deck/patio. This is a quick stop off the interstates through El Paso and back into Las Cruces and not too noisy at all. There is water and electric at all 8 sites. Full Verizon bars and internet. You check in and pay at the security office in the casino with very nice people. We would stay here again.

This is the only place coming off of the Cassiar Hwy without going backwards to Watson Lake. Site 6 was semi level, gravel with electric and water. We we told would be internet and cable but don't expect that. Little bit of internet if you stand at the laundry room with the mosquitoes. No cable at all. $65 CAD but $55 US so that's a rip off with the exchange rate and only cash accepted. We stayed here 4 yrs ago and it was much better then not so much now. We wouldn't stay here again.

We had a nice time here. Could walk to the casino and take the shuttle back. Clean campground with washrooms and laundry in the main building. We had tv which is a rare treat for us. Sites are fairly level, only had to use a few blocks on one side. We would stay again if in the area. (I can't recommend the buffet in the casino though)

The rate reflects the monthly rate we paid of $405 ( F/H + cable). We also paid electric for the 2 months.
This is a large park and we probably would have felt differently if we were stuck in the middle of everything. We had a nice site off to one side looking at a small pond. With no really close neighbors most of the time, it was a good spot for the winter months. Some site are rather close and others are spaced out randomly. Most appear to be level.
There are 2 laundry rooms that are clean with 4 ea. machines for $1.75. Not bad.
This is fairly close to Port Aranasas, Corpus Christi, Wildlife Refuges, State Parks, etc.
There is a mail room to get your things shipped to you if needed.
A lot of folks in this area are still in the "hoax" mentality so they won't wear masks or social distance and for that reason we stayed away from there club house, pools, large gatherings, etc.
If you can get a nice site, it's an okay park. The roads have a number of pot holes and quite rough so the access is marked a little low.
We had no picnic table or anything, which was difficult for the 2 months. That would have been appreciated

The park is a large gravel parking lot with the full hook ups set up. Our site was level and fairly spacious on the sides but you back right up to people behind you. We had 5 bars Verizon and full signal for Dish. This is a cash only park and most are full time residence. The road noise is horrible. Very loud at night. It made it hard for me to sleep through the night. The staff were generally very nice. Bullhead City and Kingman are both very convenient from this park. The laundry room was fine.

This was a stop to see the area for a couple of days. We had a level site at the top so that helped a lot. This is a very old, warn out RV park. Old abandoned trailers, full-timers with very old rigs, falling down buildings. There is a loud train that runs across the road. I can't say as I would stay here again considering the expense and the nicer parks we saw in the area after.
