This was $38 CAD per night for electric & water hook up. Our site had someone parked in it so we took site 2. Kurt was a great host and worked with us on this. Our breaker kept tripping so we plugged into 3. These sites are back to back so you are close to your neighbor in back but door is open to grass. This site was level gravel. There is some road noise. We had 5G 4 bars Verizon. Drive to Edmonton was about 40 min. Farmer's markets are good in the area in July.

This is a very nice park. They wonderful lady on the phone/at check in was so kind and helpful. We had a beautiful f/h site at the top. It was quiet and had dark sky at night. We would stay here again. We got our dish satellite just fine and had full cell and internet coverage.

The road to this area is horrible. Very slow going and I say this after driving the Al-Can to Tok :) First, when we got there and were setting up in site 2 (#2 on the picnic table) a lady drove up and asked if we knew what site we were in. Duh! She made us turn our table around. Then she asked if we had had a fire there. We were just setting up. another Duh! Site 2 is in a mud hole after the rain. Level but mud, grass made it a mess but we had good cell service.
The business is active during the day but it's nice and quiet at night. Walked the road a few times in the evenings. We tried the gold panning but just found a few flakes. My big problem was paying $25 a night for no services in the mud and then people came in and parked right next to us (not a site!) and didn't pay at all! This was when the business was open and no one said anything to them. So why bother paying when you can just come in and park anywhere for $0.

So it seems I'm the only one leaving a review for this place. We stayed here 4 yrs ago and nothing has changed. We parked here so we could leave our RV while we flew north. Same as last time it is good for that but if I was actually going to be staying here, I wouldn't. Nothing is mowed so it's not easy to get through to things outside. The whole campground seems to be run down. The person next to us plugged into our electric and their water so we had to do the opposite, a little odd but the owner told us to just do it. No worries.
Site was kind of level, gravel with lots of grass. Laundry was usable but the dryers don't dry anything very well. After two cycles I gave up. Owner said it was my fault for trying to dry cotton items. :(
Just all around strange sort of campground but useful for the area.

This is a nice simple campground. We used it mainly to leave our RV and ride up to Coldfoot for a few days. You definitely don't want to bring your camper up the Dalton! The lady running the campground was lovely. I had great conversations with her. The showers are clean (but very hard water). The only issue we had was that nothing got mowed. You have to walk through knee high grass throughout the campground, therefore there isn't much definite site area when you park and no numbers to go by. I would recommend this CG to anyone traveling the area but be aware there is all the truck noise from the Dalton!

We had a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of the Tetons. Sites number five and six are at the top plateau; right at the fork in the road. Level site with lots of space but it's at the end of a dead end that is not marked as such so we had lots of people come down the road and turn around at our spot and crush lots of sage. A dead end sign should be at the beginning of this one site road. The hosts are super nice but I think they could come around more to move all of the people camped in places that were marked no camping. They destroyed a lot of sage; very sad. The road in is extremely rocky and difficult to drive up without 4x4. We would definitely come here again but probably choose a more private site. Get here early to find a decent site as it is extremely busy.

This park has nice open, level sites with lots of separation between. Water, electric and Verizon cell/hot spot available. We also picked up some antenna channels. There is a state park pass required ($70 annual) for TX state park camping. We enjoyed walking around this park and visiting the area. There are long horn and buffalo herds in this park.

We paid $22 USD. Just showed up and had our choice of sites. Got back in site 47. Shaded on a hot day. Electric only. Not exactly level but we stayed hooked up. Had 4G 2 bars on Verizon. There is a lot of road noise in this park.

Cost was $ 49.88 CAD ($37.89 USD). We showed up and got site 14 with f/h. This was a level gravel site so we could stay hooked up. The owners have done incredible upgrades to this park. The cafe serves good food. The cabins look new. The laundry is clean, new and expensive. $12 per load (wash and dry) so we waited to do ours. Watched a moose, elk herd and swans from our backyard. It advertises cable but that didn't work. We didn't have Verizon signal but they have internet.

We stayed here one night and enjoyed it. Our site 8 was looking out at the horserace track so we watched the afternoon races! The casino is small and restaurants aren't much. Camping with water and electric were definitely worth $15. Level sites so you don't have to unhook. Full Verizon signal.
