Very clean, easy to access. There's often a short line.
There is no potable water.
If you have a back wash portal you need to bring your own non-potable water hose. I have a 5 ft. one for that purpose but it wasn't long enough.
The store inside is a typical gas station quick stop and doesn't carry any RV or camping supplies. Too bad they don't carry non-potable wafter hoses!

Nothing fancy, these are gravel sites mostly level so I didn't have to unhitch my camper, which was a plus. Sites are very close to each other but I didn't care because I was leaving early in the morning. Pull through sites, full hook-ups. I didn't use the showers, rest room, or laundry room so I can't address those facilities but I did notice the outside trash cans were overflowing.
VERY close to the highway so I'm glad I always carry silicon ear plugs.
They have what appears to be duplex mobile homes which are available for rent weekly or monthly, not sure about daily.
Loves Travel Stop next door and a Chevron about a 1/4 mile down the road.

The Toppings Lake area gets very crowded and busy so the fact that this campsite only had room for 2 small campers (comfortable) or 3 small campers (cozy) was quite attractive. Because it's surrounded by trees, we don't l didn't have the fabulous views of the Tetons, but all we had to do is walk across the road to the larger, more crowded area and we were given all the views we could handle. This is bear country and the forest rangers will issue $150 citations if you are forgetful and accidentally leave out a small cooler of canned drinks, so be careful!

Friendly front desk help, nice little campground. Surprisingly quiet even though we weren't far from the road. I think the many trees helped with that. Sites are a little too close to each other but KOA loves to do that. Some other guests there told me they visited nearby Fort Bridger, so there are even points of interest, too. The site was so level I didn't even have to unhook the trailer from my car. That was very helpful since this was just an overnight stay and I left early the next morning.

I was very impressed with how well the staff ran this campground. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus the resort offered a great weekly rate. I appreciated a dog play area where dogs could be leash free and interact with each other. I also enjoyed the workout and laundry rooms. All in all I had a very pleasant experience. My only complaints were highway noise, which, of course, they couldn't control, and that sites are packed in pretty tightly. But big rigs seemed to be able to get in and out OK and I had plenty of space for myself and my trailer so I can't complain. Yes, I would be very pleased to return.

Very enjoyable stay, extremely friendly and helpful staff, loved the lake. I wish there was a little more space between sites. That's the only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5. WIFI and Cable TV worked great. Sites were very clean and well-maintained. One morning, the City of Fort Collins had a broken water line that impacted the area of town we were in and the staff stayed in constant communication with us about when service would be restored. Since it took a couple of hours, they even set up porta-potties for everybody to use. Since I always have a little fresh water in my holding tank in case of emergencies, this water outage did not impact me at all.

First, I'll talk about the pro's. Being within walking distance to the entrance of Zion National Park is definitely a pro, but that's the biggest one there is. The staff are very helpful and friendly, too. And it was nice to have full hook-ups, including Cable TV (although I didn't watch it that much). Plus the views are gorgeous. Now for the con's: terribly overpriced, very crowded and close quarters, DIRT & DUST EVERYWHERE! I have to belabor that one for a while. There was no grass, no soft pebbled rocks, no landscaping whatsoever, just dirt, gravel, dust, dust, and more dust. After a week staying there, it will take me a month to get rid of the dust and dirt, inside, outside, through, and in places I had no idea dust & dirt could accumulate. My poor puppy will take two or three baths to get cleaned. Also, there was NO working WIFI the entire week, despite advertising they had WIFI. I have a feeling it hasn't worked in a long time and they just don't care to fix it. It was terribly inconvenient. I couldn't get T-Mobile cell coverage or Internet except very early in the mornings, either. Also, they had dumpsters situated in two places toward the front on the park, which meant those of us toward the back got to haul their trash a long distance every day with the added bonus of getting dirty and dusty in the process. The town of Springdale is ridiculously overpriced, too. ($5 for a single scoop of gelato!!!) Next time, I'll either stay at a campground in the park if a spot is available or I'll stay 20 miles or so outside the park and have much nicer accommodations for less money.

The attendant Debbie was as delightful as can be. She was extremely helpful, too.
Very pretty park with nice sites that weren’t on top of each other. Some nice grassy areas. Quiet except for some highway noise but it wasn’t bad late at night, plus I always carry Mack earplugs which help for that. I was only here overnight but would be happy to stay longer. The pool area looked good and in good condition, too. The only reason I gave this park a 4 instead of a 5 was because not all sites were full hookups but there is a dump station right here, and because of the highway noise.

This pleasant campground was tucked away, nestled next to the Jocko River whose flowing sounds couldn’t quite drown out the highway noise. Fortunately I have silicone ear plugs for such occasions so I was able to get a good night’s sleep. They accept cash or check only at the time of our stay (8/17/20). Electric only at the sites but there was free portable water and a dump station on premises. Very clean bathrooms. There weren’t many sites available because there appeared to be a lot of long-term campers.
