Very pretty park with nice sites that weren’t on top of each other. Some nice grassy areas. Quiet except for some highway noise but it wasn’t bad late at night, plus I always carry Mack earplugs which help for that. I was only here overnight but would be happy to stay longer. The pool area looked good and in good condition, too. The only reason I gave this park a 4 instead of a 5 was because not all sites were full hookups but there is a dump station right here, and because of the highway noise.

Friendly welcome. Staff greeted us and gave us the option of a couple available sites.
Site 40 is a pull-through with it's own porch/deck. We were very close to site 39 at an unusual angle, but it didn't bother us since we were only there 2 nights.
This park has beautiful green space, a small fishing pond, cabins, clean swimming pool, and clean laundry facilities. Shared open spaces for fire pits and grilling.
We drove into Ashland and Medford easily both days.

We stayed Saturday - Monday, and the camp was perfectly quiet! Yet, our 12 and 13 year old grandkids rate this one a 10! The grounds are very nice, sites are shaded, and the facilities are very clean. Site accomodated our 36' 5th wheel. Laundry is $2.00 to wash, and $2.00 to dry.

We need a last minute spot with a 31’, two kids and a dog. Medford oaks was easy to work with and locals were very nice. Beautiful scenery to wake up to. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, but they did look nice from afar.

This park is in Eagle Point not Medford which is just where we were going.. Most sites are pull-through with electric and water. Our trailer is 23 feet but next to us was a >35 feet. We all fit just fine. Trees everywhere so it doesn't seem like the sites are close together. They have a pool, a fishing pond, playground for the kids, basketball court and volleyball. The office/store has most of what you might need
We used it as a home base to visit the Rogue River and Crater Lake
Would stay here again.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. It has a nice pool with a slide, which my kids loved. Most of the sites were shaded with lots of trees. Cute little playground for the kids. It’s about 1 hr 30 minutes to Crater Lake, which is spectacular. We had a great experience until check out. Check out was at 11am, but my sister in law had an impromptu business call with her boss at 11, so we had everything hooked up and planned to roll out right after her call. The owner came banging on the RV door right at 11 telling us we needed to leave immediately because another guest was almost there for that spot. I understand there is a check out time, but that was horrible customer service to not allow even a minute past check out time before she was banging on our door to leave.

Nice people. Really helpful. They took care of us but that's the issue. The park itself makes it necessary for the staff to work harder. The issue is that most of the sites are not level. The park is built on a hillside which gives it a nice character but the maintenance staff has slacked on providing a nearly flat spot in each site. I use a level mate Pro so I have real data on the flatness of a site. We started in site 2 and could not find a location in the site that didn't need at least 4" correction in some direction. That doesn't sound like a lot but we are 26' class C with a short wheel base. Its usually a snap to locate a place on a site that doesn't require more than 2" of correction. With levelers, once you start lifting 4" your wheels leave the ground and your steps have a high last step. I'll do that on the front but I need the rear tires on the ground for the brakes. We ended up in site 11 and needed to put 3" of pads under each of the levelers on the passenger side to not run out of piston.
On the plus side, the Verizon data was over 100 MPS down and 15 MPBS up. Park WIFI, as usual, did not work. The families were loving the pool! They have a small fishing pond for the kids. Pleasant park but we move too often to fight to level a rig.

Management offered to escort us to our site but her golf cart was hemmed in. Not too much effort to level the rig. The grounds were beautiful with the fall colors, the lake, and wild turkeys. Tons of walking trails.

We stayed here 1 night on our way back to Medford area. We did not experience any issues with management and actually had only telephone interaction with them which was professional and courteous. .
This park is pretty, a lot of trees and clean. It was quiet and though it appears many are long term residents, the sites are clean, clutter free and peaceful.
We did not use nor view any of the restrooms, laundry etc.. so cannot comment. They have a beautiful pool with a slide for the kids which looked well maintained and clean.
Where we became frustrated was with the fact that we were able to easily access our site, which was a pull through however attempting to leave was treacherous. The large trees, narrow driveways and sharp turns are absolutely not appropriate for a 5th wheel of 40 feet. My husband is an excellent driver and has pulled toy haulers and 5th wheels which are large for over 20 years. So it is not a lack of skill or experience which made this difficult.
The park should not accept this size RV. We were told that while we didn’t have sewer hookups, the park had a dump station. HOWEVER, the dump station is accessible by maybe a tiny camper but not much more. We weren’t able to actually tell if it was functional.
This was a huge negative as we had to search the area for a dump station which are few and far between.
Overall, if the management understood and communicated the limitations of this park to customers, I would find very little to be negative about. The grounds are gorgeous.
If you have a smaller RV and don’t need sewer hook ups I am certain you’d like this park (keeping in mind we did not see restrooms or laundry)

I'd stay again. They had more amenities than we could enjoy in the less than 24 hours we were there. It was well cared for and thoughtfully managed. It's a destination campground for casual camping. If I lived close by, I'd stay at least 2 nights at a time to enjoy what they have to offer, and longer if we were going to places like Medford or crater lake.
