It's a big fish tail... and a big fish tale to say you've been here.
OK, first thing to consider - KNOW WHERE IT IS BEFORE YOU GO.
It's really on Dabill Drive (not on Bypass Road, which is a main road).
Dabill is a driveway into the recreation area; believe me, you can miss it, twice, if you're not careful!
All the way to the end of the drive, past campers & outhouses, is the Wahpper. Take some pics, have a snack, and move on to the next place.

The big draw here is the wood chipper from the movie "Fargo", but the Walk of Fame surrounds the grassy area just out front.
About 90 celebs have added their hand/foot-prints as of August 2019. Unfortunately, some are beginning to crack & crumble, and while it's no substitute for L.A.'s version, it's fun to spend a few minutes wandering alongside this one.

Well worth a stop here at the Fargo Visitor Center. The actual wood chipper is inside, and a 'stunt double' is outside, if you miss the center's opening hours.
Also outside is the Fargo Walk of Fame, with cement hand/foot-prints of visiting celebrities - mostly musicians & other artists when they do a show here.
Hotels & restaurants right around the block, so if Fargo is your destination, this isn't a bad place to start.

Without scale, it's hard to see how tall this is.
"It is what it is" - and if you like to be able to say "I was there, I saw it", then by all means, drop by.
It's remote - maybe a 15-minute detour from anywhere.
And the route that Google Maps gave me, had a permanently closed road leading to it. I didn't look for an alternate route to the base, as it appears to be fenced off.
So a picture from afar is all you'll likely get, but "I was there!".

Not much to see, but if you were nearby at the Reagan Site, this November 33 site is worth a stop. A silo (emptied & filled-in!!) is here, with some written information about it.
A 10-15 minute stop.

In the middle of Rugby, close to the highway, a good spot to stop & stretch your legs. If you are interested in oddball attractions, road trips in general, or geographical anomalies, this is a perfect stop.
Ever wanted to touch base with geographical centres, extremities, both oceans, northernmost/southernmost tips, etc.? Well, this is one to strike off your list.

One Red Paperclip - the story is legend, but true. Blogger Kyle MacDonald traded a large, novelty paperclip for something better; 12 times; and got a house.
The house is now a cafe, and Kipling's main claim to fame.

Not much to see here; an Eiffel Tower replica beside a small war memorial for local soldiers.
The area was settled by French immigrants, giving Montmartre its name.
This location is a small detour from the highway, along the railroad tracks. Local shopping is across the street if you need to replenish snacks.
Not really worth a specific visit, but certainly worth a stop along the way while going somewhere else.

'Mac' isn't a good-looking Moose, but then I'm not a Moosette.
He stands there, on the edge of a service area, surrounded by a metal fence, looking out on the highway.
Someone in Scandinavia is building (or, has built) a slightly taller Moose, taking the title from Moose Jaw, so there are plans to raise Mac by a few inches to get the title back.
Worth a stop, good place to stretch your legs.
I didn't really notice what there was, but there are some services/stores around the parking area.

A brief stop off the highway, good place to stretch your legs.
There are some information boards telling the story of Medicine Hat and the native Indian history.
Large parking area, no services.
