Great stop to see a beautiful waterfall. Park at 301 University Ridge. Walk down Howe Street until you get to the circle. Follow the signs to the falls.
Great cavern. Staff was very friendly. Our tour guide was very good. Knew much of the history of the cave. We camped there in our RV. Nice campground.
Nice Thousand Trails campground. Miniature golf was in bad shape, Nice views of the lake.
Very nice Thousand Trails campground. Site was a little unlevel but view of the lake was good. Miniature golf was in very good condition.
Very nice park. Bus stop at park to take you to the Metro Rail to go to DC.
Nice clean RV park. Beautiful lake view at back of park. We actually stayed in a spot that backed up to the lake. Staff was very nice. Would stay here again.
Very nice Thousand Trails park. We walked down the boat ramp and were able to view a small waterfall. There is a lake viewing deck on the other side opposite the boat ramp. Great views from there. Would definitely stay again.
Very nice place to get a little hike. Rainbow falls is at the beginning of the trail. Some steep steps to get down to the canyon floor. Some narrow spots in places. We took about 1 1/2 hours to do the loop and we even got lost. Trails not marked very well. Soda fountain and grill were closed due to Covid. Very enjoyable. Not much room to park a RV in the parking lot. You might call first to see about parking.
Very nice park. Not sure where the cover picture came from but not from the park. We stayed right on the little lake and across from the swimming pool. Pool was nice but we decided it was a little too cool for a swim. There are ducks that will come greet you when you park at your site. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again.
Great place to stay. Right off Interstate 10. They had live music the night we stayed. Next to the Atchafalaya river but you can't see it from the RV park. Very nice staff. Would stay again.
