Pretty nice campground. It's much bigger than we thought. Drove up to compete in a triathlon and we camped in the campground. It was only a dollar a night, and the bathrooms were in great shape. The Mayflies were everywhere, but it was a beautiful phenomena. The place is biker friendly and the water was great for swimming!
One of the neater places in Saratoga. Stopped in for dinner after backpacking in the Snowies, and we were not disappointed. The steaks and salad bar were delicious. The place was full of great history as well. The only reason I'm giving them a rating of 3 is because my brother got food poisoning from them. Make sure your steak is cooked well enough!
The history of this place is great. Located right on the air strip, you can watch planes land and take off. Their outdoor seating is nice, and the inside has a nice aesthetic to it. I normally get Bubba's BBQ Burger and it's pretty darn good!
Tucked away from the suburbs of Mount Washington, this place doesn't get enough credit. They have a great playground and nature camps for kids. There are plenty of trails to get lost on in the woods. The place is beautiful for a winter hike.
Some of the best skiing in the Northeast. The place is huge! It's called Whiteface for a reason though... It's always freezing when we make the drive up. The past few trips have consisted of -30 degrees Fahrenheit temps... Regardless the skiing is well worth it!
The food here was pretty good, but the menu seems a bit overpriced. Staff wasn't super helpful when it came to their menu. However, the family that runs the place came out and personally asked us how things were. I'd recommend the entrees over the sushi to get the most bang for your buck.
Came here with the fam and we were surprised by how fantastic everything tasted. Their sauce and dough combination is perfection. Highly recommend trying the Vodka pizza.
The hipster vibe may be a turn off for some, but the food here should be enough to convince you to stay. The place has a great aesthetic and their breakfast food is heavenly. Their french toast challah is to die for. Try and sit outside if you have the chance.
I'm a bit biased about this place, but I absolutely love it. Fantastic hole in the wall with great food and prices. Their draft beers and craft cans rotate every few weeks so you always have something new to try. The management and staff are friendly, and the vibe makes every trip enjoyable.
I lived in DC for a few weeks, and I couldn't stop coming back to this place. Amazing French food with an incredible atmosphere. Their salmon was unreal. We'd often take our food out to the Navy Memorial and listen to live music on the streets. This place is a must stop on your next trip to DC!
