Nice airport. Easy to navigate due to it's smaller size. Flights tend to be pricey and you normally have a layover somewhere. However, if you do enough price hunting, you can find some bang for your buck usually.

Pretty good place with some quirky-flavored gelato. Not too pricey either. Lavender is by far the strangest one I've sampled here.
This park has been completely revitalized in the last few years. They're constantly adding new things to do and improvements. It's a great place to bring your kids or friends. They have summer kickball leagues, so if that's what you're into, make sure to sign up early!
Looking for a place to rest up before you climb Mount Rainier? Then this is the place for you. The place is full of history and you're likely to meet some cool climbers while you're here. They have a great cafe for breakfast as well.
While the drive sounds nice, if you've got the energy and time you should climb it! It's well worth it. It's all switchbacks, and Barr Camp is absolutely beautiful. You'll see plenty of wildlife, meet lots of great people, and it can be done in a day or two. Well worth the adventure for any outdoor enthusiast.
My go-to Starbucks. The management here is so friendly, and this place is barely ever packed. I go here to work and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
Pretty typical Mexican food. Their taco salads are my normal go to. They make their chicken soup fresh everyday as well, so it's always something different. The staff are nice. It's a bummer about the location though.
Super fresh and delicious juice. They come in fun bottles, and the flavor in some of these is unreal. The only downside is the place is really pricey. But I guess you get what you pay for, eh? Still a great place to treat yourself.
After summiting Rainier, we stayed here. We were greeted by friendly staff, and it was apparent that this place was full of history. The architecture along with the old pictures and massive fireplaces made it feels like we'd stepped back in time. The focus is definitely on people and families coming together, as they have no electronics or wi-fi. Love this place!
