This park is close to everything in central Arizona. Sitting on a bluff, you get a great view (if you are on the rim of the park). The park is completely graveled with a few trees. The manager is extremely helpful. All the utilities work great. WiFi comes and goes but they have a LOT of access points and the park is served by fiber. AT&T at our spot was 1-2 bars. Verizon (Visible) is full bars as the tower is right next to the park. They have a laundry room that is in the farthest corner of the park. I feel the park needs to build some steps to the laundry room to make it easier to get to, especially after they tell you not to climb the rocks to get there. All the spots are not perfectly level so bring your blocks! The price paid was the monthly rate ($475) plus electricity.

We are WBCCI members so the rate reflects member rates. Their transient parking is a lot of spots in multiple rows on gravel. It's not pretty but it is functional. It was about 40-50% full. I thought they only allowed Airstreams in but I was wrong. There were only about 5 Airstreams in the transient parking. The park needs to update their electrical hookups. They only have 30amp and my pedestal was not working at all, I had to use the one next to me. The community hall was shut down due to Covid so I cannot comment on that. Olympia/Lacey area has a lot of amenities, but not all were open. They supply WiFi but do not have a great coverage as a large motorhome blocked us for a couple of days. AT&T streaming was strong.

Enjoyed this park. Lots of space between sites. We were on the outer edge of the park backed up to the trees, a bit close to the road but not too much noise. It is fun to walk down to the bay flats. Relatively close to the main towns. The WiFi was pretty good but we were a bit away. Nice, new facilities.

The only reason we stayed here was the Passport America discount. A normally $45 site (too expensive) was $22.50 but I am not sure it was even worth that. The campground is full of semi-permanent trailers (workers), but that is not a bad thing. The sites were very unattractive, gravel, hookups near the front, level side to side but slopes forward rather quickly. We were in one of the non-slide sites and had some type of fence close to our door, 'protecting' some electrical equipment. The workers are friendly but we would not camp here again. Stay away! Look for another place, even a truck stop!

This is for the San Luis Creek Campground.

We have driven by this location many times but did not know what this campground looked like. One trip we decided to scout it. The campground is around 2 miles off CA152. The campsites have good spacing between them. They are not long enough to stay hooked up. Some are double spots where you would be parked right next to the other RV. The park is very quiet and close to fishing if you are interested. It is within 10 miles of Los Banos if you need supplies. The sites have power and water, alas the water stopped working while we were there. The camp hosts stopped by and apologized for the mess in the campground. They said that the state parks wanted to open the campground early.

We did like it but might try the other dry campground that is up on the hill next time.

Needed a spot just to stop for the night in transit. No one else was there. Very flat and the weather was blustery. Also had AT&T LTE with 3 bars.

This is close to home so whenever we are returning home from the south or west I will stop here. It is run by the City of Tulare at their Wastewater Treatment Plant. You pull up to the pad, align your tank outlet. Remove the cap and pull the handle! All the 'goodness' flows down their grate. All that is asked is that you hose down the pad after you are done so you don't leave any remnants. There are plenty stuck to the grate.

I didn't give it 5 stars since the exit is tricky. You can either make a U turn (hard in our 31') or head west down a rough gravel road.

But you don't have to get the slinky stinky!!

This location does Passport America which makes it very affordable. It is not fantastically easy to get to but it is close to any kind of shopping you might want (in St Albert) but doesn't feel near the city. Lots of snowbirds there in June. Nice grass around the sites, a river behind us, walking trails. The nearby soccer fields were still pretty active at 9 or 10 at night. There is a per device WiFi available. They give you one device free per person. But that local phone data is faster than their WiFi.

This is a monthly only location. They do require one month up front and a deposit for electricity which you pay the actual usage every month.

It is very rural, not many tall trees but trees and brush about as high as your trailer.

It is a good long-termish location as we used it to establish our domicile in Texas.

They have a good sense of community at this park.

It is about 1 hour to drive to Austin. This park is in the hill country.
