Actual date of stay 03.2019. Great stop for overnight or longer. There are a few lots to choose from, so we chose the empty one in the back. The lot was mostly level and completely empty! There was a bar across the street that seemed to be open late, but the loud music was off at a reasonable time.
We were just staying here on our way from TX to FL, so we didn’t do any gambling or see any sights. This was just a comfortable, safe and quiet overnight. We had 4 bars Verizon LTE.
This place was attractive because of the Passport America price with weekend availability. Unfortunately, the website nor the PA site mentioned the extra $5/night ‘utility fee,’ so $15/night turned into $20/night, which is still cheaper than full price, but you’ve been warned. I believe all sites are FHU.
This is a very small location amidst a residential block. The RV sites (all back-in) surround a small gravel lot, there is a large building that may have been a restaurant/bar, which is now the owner’s office, and then there is a rickety dock with about 30 boat slips sitting on the river. Nothing else of note on premises. We were able to stream Netflix on the wifi.
Two Rivers/Lake Michigan is a mile walk and there are a few restaurants/bars to check out, but the town is a little run down because of manufacturing jobs leaving the area (bartender’s words).
Manitowoc is close by and has a little more excitement, but we found Sheboygan and Green Bay to have the best entertainment options. There are a few local breweries around. We recommend Badger State Brewery in GB, and 3 Sheeps Brewery in Sheboygan. Hinterland Brewery in GB was a miss for us.

Well-groomed dirt roads lead to many camping sites capable of hosting large rigs. Sites marked with fire pits. 4 bars Verizon LTE as well as good solar and shade. We stayed September 2018.
Residential area and RV resort nearby. Many of the houses have horses and livestock, so you will hear them (especially the rooster at 4am). I would imagine you could find a site farther away if the sounds were bothersome.
Close to Hwy 20, so some road noise, but not terrible.
$10 dump, potable water fill and garbage drop at Sisters Creekside Campground. Groceries and supplies at Ray’s, Bi-mart, and Shell/McDonalds (cheapest propane in Sisters). Cheapest propane in the area is in Bend at Oregon Feed & Pet ($1.60, 09.2018) as well as many more shopping options including Walmart.
If you like to imbibe, we highly recommend the BendDistillery (Crater Lake Spirits). You will be treated to six (6) free craft liquor samples, which are very well-made and delicious. The prices on bottles are decent as well.

New owners as of two weeks ago, so they are still figuring it out, but it’s an okay spot for overnight. Cash or check only as of now, but they seem to be working on card payment option. It’s really just a field with FHUs (50 amp only), no other amenities. No office, no bathhouse, and no site pads- just grass with power posts sticking up, water spigot and sewer hookup. You call, they show up to check you in. The town has a dollar general, a small grocery store, and a hardware store. No restaurants or much else. There are ATMs if you need cash for the site. When we were there in mid August, the flies were really bad.

We spent a month at Lake Wales (Dec. 2017) after doing plenty of research for places to stay near Tampa. This park is centrally located between Tampa/Orlando and is one of the most affordable. Don't let the price fool you though, this is a great place to stay. The owners are wonderful, and the people are very friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of space for your pet(s) too.
The facilities are perfectly adequate, the local wildlife is abundant, and we would definitely stay here again.
Lake Wales has plenty of restaurants and supply stores, but Winter Haven and Lakeland are only a short drive with even more options.

We were on our way south toward Madison from Two Rivers and this was the least expensive option. New owners are very nice and promised to be working on improving the park. There are RV sites with E/W for short term stays, with FHU for seasonals, alongside mobile homes, tiny homes, and cabins. There is a spot to dump, but I would not call it a dump station because (as instructed by an owner) I had to disconnect and use the hose from a tiny home nearby. Owner says they are working on putting in a real D.
Our stay was brief, thankfully. Not much to do, but it was a relatively safe place to stay.
People live here. The school bus picked up and dropped off children. We heard loud arguing in and out of the cabin next to us, including loud, inappropriate language.
A water line in the park broke while we were there, but the owners had a crew in to fix it within the day.

Tiny gas station. Not recommended for Lg rigs. “Dump station” was blocked by a trailer camped in the lot. This is not a camping area, but there was a trailer parked there unhooked from a tow vehicle and hooked into the water/dump. We asked about the dump station and they said that was it and we could use it. It was a very small space for our 35’ 5th wheel and the exit was blocked by a boat on a trailer. We decided against unhooking someone else’s sewer AND situating in a tight spot, so we moved along.
On our way from Asheville, NC to Atlanta, we found this little park and we were not disappointed. We scooped up the last available spot, and it looked like everyone else was longer-term. Owners were very nice and lived in the house in the front of the property.
Not much to do in the park, but there was decent Wifi (was able to stream low quality with a few interruptions). The site was wide enough to park the truck next to the trailer. We had 50amp FHUs. 4LTE Verizon.

(Stayed Jan. 2018) We were looking for the cheapest (but still safe) place to stay near the French Quarter. This park is definitely it. The owner is new, and very nice and accommodating. This is basically a large, gated, flat, unpaved lot that you can back in to a space on either side (no pull-thru). The individual spaces are fairly level and close. The water pressure is a bit low. There is a clubhouse with a lounge and a small laundry area. We had 30amp FHUs and 4 bars Verizon LTE.
The area is sketchy, and we were advised by our Lyft driver to stay inside the RV park, but we never felt unsafe while we were there.

We stopped here to visit some friends in Austin before heading up to Dallas. We were only going to stay a few days, but an ICE STORM came through, so we extended our stay. The staff was very helpful in letting us stay longer even though the site was booked AND allowed us to pay the weekly rate instead of making us pay for 7 individual days (3 days@$25(PA) + 4 days@$50), which saved us $125! They really helped us out in a crazy weather situation.
The park itself was nice too. We were in the front of the park in the short-term area- the rest of the place was full. There is a nice fenced off-leash area for dogs, as well as exercise equipment and a pool (did not use either). There are individual bathrooms that are very nice, clean, and tiled with a nice big open shower, but did not use shower.
The park doubles as a self-storage, which is located next door, so there is a LOT of security; coded gates, cameras, and locks on everything. They fill propane tanks, which was super helpful in an ice storm. Our site had 50amp FHUs, okay wifi and 2 bars Verizon LTE.
