I guess because I own a travel trailer, Compendium puts in the info that the longest RV reported is 30'.
The only trailer getting up here is an off-road teardrop. And the sites are probably too small or too hard to access even with that...

I stayed here 4 nights while exploring off-road trails to wheel and mountain bike. The first night, a Sunday, Saints John Trail was busy, the rest of the week maybe a total of ten vehicles passed by. The Saints John River was near by the sound of the water fall across the trail was perfect to fall asleep by. The only con about my site was I found a lot of garbage and broken glass mainly around the fire ring. Each day I would spend some time cleaning up the area and by the end of my stay, I had half filled a garbage bag of what others had left behind.

I do have a YouTube video about my stay here and the activities I enjoyed in the surrounding area:

Great grounds, near the interstate. Great location for exploring Shawnee National Forest’s eastern half. Sites are fairly level and hook up services are new and placed well. Bathrooms were new and very clean.

My wife, 2 dogs and I stayed here for three nights. We were looking for a place close to Nashville to use a home base to explore the area. There are three RV parks and a Camping World all next together at this location, KOA,(expensive), 2 Rivers, (moderate), and this campground. We picked this campground because it was the least expensive of the 3 and it was large, so we were guaranteed to get a site. We were planning on exploring the area, so campground amenities were last on our priority list as we would gone most of the day. But, we found that this park had a really nice pool, and playground for kids. The shower house was clean but feeling its age, (the other shower house was was being renovated while we were there). Our site was adequate width wise, but tight front to back and This made the journey in and out a slow go navigating between rigs and tow vehicles that encroached into the roads. My 30 foot travel trailer and tow rig just fit if I parked my truck to the side of the hitch and overlapped a couple feet. I would say the park was 60 percent full and I lot of one nighters came and went during out 3 days so we never felt crowded. There is a $10 per person shuttle to get you downtown, and the Grand Ole Opry is right down the street. It is near a highway, but traffic noise wasn't an issue. So if you want to explore the area, this is a good value.

We were visiting family in Sheridan and stayed and entertained here for 4 nights. Far enough from town that you feel away from it all, yet close enough to enjoy all the Sheridan area has to offer. Most of the other campgrounds near or in town are gravel lots. This had a good amount of trees. The spaces are a bit tight but adequate. The staff were super friendly and the facilities were up to date and well maintained.

After driving by some other parks on our way from Little River to either Gatlinburg or the National Park, we realized we picked a winner. The river front sites are tight for larger rigs but it can be done. The east side and mountain side can accommodate larger rigs with ease. We stayed on the river side and it was placid, (with the exception of some late night noise from some extremely discourteous neighbors.) Our site was perfectly level side to side and sloped slightly toward the river. Sun rise over the mountains are perfect. Their are two facilities houses, one older but well kept, the other is new and very nice.

I stayed here one night on my way home. Really nice facility with wide grass spaces between camp sites. The sites are angled for easy in and out. Pool and play area for the kids and the kid at heart. The drone of the interstate can be heard but it was barely noticeable over night.

Our site was a little tricky to get level and set up. But once than was done and out of the way, we really enjoyed our stay here. Our site was at the end of a loop and we felt we were alone with the exception of an occasional camper walking by with his/her dog. At night we fell asleep to a symphony of frogs. The office staff was very friendly. The loop roads are a bit rough. I would suggest removing weight distribution/anti-sway before entering the grounds.

Was looking for a fall getaway before the RV went into winter storage. You can almost never go wrong with an Army Corp campground and this campground did not disappoint. Booked a in the most secluded loop, River Birch, in a site that backs right up the the Mississippi River. This loop has gravel pads, (all other loops are concrete), and ours was perfectly level. Spent our mornings hiking on some really great nearby trials in Savannah, IL and Clinton, IA and our afternoons biking the Great River Trail which runs right through the access road to River Birch loop. The only negative is there are busy rail lines running through Thomson and across the river on the Iowa side. So if nighttime train horns bother you, sleeping my be interrupted semi regularly. They are distant, but noticeable. Check out my 3 minute video review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1p2OVvzOfw
