Ruby Creek is a Bureau of Land Management campground located in southwest Montana on the Madison River. 22 campsites. Water on site. Boat ramp on willow-lined river; tables, fire rings. Vault toilets. Pack in, pack out garbage. Scenic views of Madison Range to the east, the Gravelly Range to the west. Fishing and boating may be enjoyed on the river. A boat ramp is located nearby. Fee. 14 day stay limit.

Cabin Creek Campground is located near the Madison River, in southwestern Montana. It is just 25 minutes from West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park's west entrance. Visitors enjoy the area for its fishing, boating and hiking opportunities, as well as its close proximity to Yellowstone.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, get a taste of the infamous Wild West with the 65-year tradition of the nightly Town Square Shootout. It’s estimated that more than 4 million people have witnessed the Shootout through the years.

Presented by The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and produced by The Jackson Hole Playhouse. The shootout happens 6-7 pm nightly, except Sundays on the Town Square from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is free to the public and no reservations are necessary. Spectators can gather on the northeast corner of Jackson’s Town Square beginning at about 5:30pm.

Insider tip: Grab an ice cream and another type of refreshment around the Square because you’ll be staying put while the showdown, goes down.

Pilot Butte Dam and Reservoir are part of the Riverton Unit of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program. The dam is 10 miles below the Wind River Diversion Dam and was completed in 1926. Fishing year-round with Wyoming State license. Fish species include trout, ling, and crappie. Limited shoreline access via roads. Approximately 1,000 surface acres. Available services include picnic/camping shelters, restroom, and boat ramp. No drinking water. Other activities include swimming, hiking, and watchable wildlife.

Do not use your GPS to find the visitor center -- you will get lost.
The Visitor Center is located 11 miles north of Hot Springs off U.S. Hwy 385, about 1/2 mile west from the highway. Many GPS units locate the park visitor center north on State Road 87. The coordinates for the Visitor Center are N43 33' 22" W103 28' 38".

The campground at the Mountain View is divided into two sections by the cabins, one side offers 50 amp power for RV’s while the other side offers nice soft grass sites for tent camping. Picnic tables are available in all campsites, and the RV sites have cable television. Weekly and monthly rates are available for all RV sites.

Tie Hack Campground is located off U.S. Highway 16, the Cloud Peak Skyway, in a dense stand of lodgepole pine. Tie Hack Reservoir is nearby and is excellent for canoeing and fishing.
