Large pullthroughs
Small Dog park / Dog bath
Spacious showers, great pressure
New playground
No trees, great Starlink
Individual firepits

Tips:
The bratwurst at Otto’s was phenomenal
Use Self checkin- office closes at 2pm weekends

Very close to shops, downtown
Quiet
We enjoyed staying here, very close to all town highlights. The showers were fantastic.

We stayed at site #79 right in middle of the park and was directly across from playground and dumpster. It’s a very long laid out park so you feel like ducks in a row, and the dog park is located only on one end (close to entrance). Nothing more than a small dirt patch with a bench to sit. So you could literally see everyone staying at the park. There are no trees but a large grassy field separating two sides of the park. Great spot for our Nerf war!

We got the stay 6 days and get 7th free deal. A lot of overnighters and short stays but big-rig friendly. Decent spacing between pullthrus. We stayed at the very end “Elk Road” in #80. There’s a lopsided play structure that we visited nearly every day. Although dogs on leash, I was able to let my puppy run free in that extremely large grassy area and there’s a nice wooded hiking trail in the back. Haven’t gone to the dog park yet. Smaller trash cans located every 50ft. Gravel sites with grass in between. FHU. Had an Amazon package arrive at the office and delivered to my site. Fantastic! We visited Arbor Day Farm nearby and they have a great Treehouse Village for kids and adults alike. 40-60min to Omaha. Not many food options close to CG though. Free WIFI and excellent cell coverage

We love these types of campgrounds - spacious between sites. It was fairly empty throughout the week so we felt like we were the only ones there. Lots of trees (though barren this time of year). Layout a bit confusing. Site numbers hard to see so make sure to arrive before nighttime. We had a large back in with neighbor only on one side. Cash or check preferred. Sells firewood and large selection of pickled goods at office. SI Pho/Sushi and Walmart close by. AAA discount. Fast response via phone through contact form / no online booking.

Quiet, secluded, great WIFI, and lake views everywhere! So glad we came here. Was nervous about wifi since we work on the road but it’s fantastic. We didn’t get the passport rates but so glad we paid more for the spots over by the cabins (61,62,63). Nobody was staying there and we had the area all to ourselves. It was much more spaced out than along the rows. Roads are bumpy in but doable. Doesn’t allow check in/checkouts on Saturdays. Golf cart rentals $50/day weekdays and $75 weekends. Catch n release most bass but will let you keep catfish and others based on the pond you fished from. Sunsets beautiful. Walmart nearby.

Fantastic park, friendly hosts. Stayed here for a week and felt like we had the whole park to ourselves. The park is separated into two sides 30-amp and 50-amp. We took the 50-amp which all sits behind the Dollar General store (but that was on an incline so we felt safe). We had originally booked site 14 but ended up choosing 16 which had somewhat of a grassy space (on both sides). All the other ones were right up next to one another but no one was there so it didn’t really matter. The whole park overlooks a large pond and beyond the pond is a golf course. My dog got to run off-leash on the far side of the park. And the hosts even delivered our packages! Wifi was excellent (paid $10/week) and they charged $2/child per day. Eh

Do NOT take GPS into 15th street!! Yes, go in through 10th then to B Street. So glad we remembered at the last second pulling in at 8pm at night too. It’s a self-serve county RV park, cash or check payment box. We texted the number provided and they said many sites available. Upon arrival, we selected site #3, a super long like 100ft pullthru in the front and texted for the wifi password too. Wifi a bit weak but we have all the booster and backup SIMs needed and plenty cell coverage being it’s in town. Not sure what to make of the area either, feels a bit exposed - we definitely didn’t unhitch our bikes or anything. There were few passerbys who come with dogs and kids for the park and playground across the street, not a lot. Neighbors were fairly quiet and keep to themselves. Nobody picks up their dog shit for sure so watch where you step. Great spot if passing through. Small town has your typical gas stations, McD, Subway, Pizza Hut, grocery store…first time in a year FT on the road to get pulled over by two young cops in our Jeep. Said our bikes were blocking the rear lights and just got a warning. Definitely few cops patrolling the area so that could be good or bad sign

Beautiful campground but DEFINITELY book for A spots when possible. These have much more privacy than B, which is located in the bottom level. We booked B17 online but when we arrived, a Ranger ran up to us right at the entrance to let us know she’d assign us another spot. We won’t be able to fit in B17, which was a back in spot. (OmG what if we had arrived after hours!) She offered a few pullthrus in the B lot and allowed me to unhook the Jeep to drive in and look first: B2 was the first PT once you come down from the A loop and B23 was right next to the camp host. We chose for the first since there is an awesome hiking trail (to waterfalls) right next to it. We stayed only 1 night since cell coverage was so weak to carry on our work, despite having booster and 3 SIM cards. If not for that I would’ve loved the park! We left after the next workday and got refunded for the remaining.

Empty during the week but starts to fill up over the weekend. Love that the sites are spacious but the park configuration is weird. Hard to see if you’re coming in at night. Site numbers barely visible and roads not clearly marked. Lots of trees. Minimal noise. Wifi drops regularly. Cell signal decent. Walmart and sushi 6mins away.
