There is only one very large private room for the women and one for the men's side but nobody was using them when we were there. Quiet location. There is a small lake behind the grounds and golf course across the lake. The sunsets are beautiful over the lake. Sites are level and easy to access. There is 30 and 50 amp service water and sewer hook ups. Dollar General is within walking distance and restaurants and groceries within close driving distance. Quaint, small, older town is worth a walk through or at least drive through.

We stayed here in mid July on our way back home from a 2 week trip out west. The camp hosts were very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were immaculate. Site was level and easy to get in and out. Had both Verizon and AT&T service. Not much for kids to do, but you can fish in the pond. Dollar General in walking distance in front of campground was convenient. Definitely try the Mexican restaurant up the road for dinner - it was amazing! Would stay here again.

This campground is a great place to stay. Owners are very kind and friendly. We have stayed here several times. The campground is well kept and doesn’t have a lot of traffic noise at night.

Fantastic park, friendly hosts. Stayed here for a week and felt like we had the whole park to ourselves. The park is separated into two sides 30-amp and 50-amp. We took the 50-amp which all sits behind the Dollar General store (but that was on an incline so we felt safe). We had originally booked site 14 but ended up choosing 16 which had somewhat of a grassy space (on both sides). All the other ones were right up next to one another but no one was there so it didn’t really matter. The whole park overlooks a large pond and beyond the pond is a golf course. My dog got to run off-leash on the far side of the park. And the hosts even delivered our packages! Wifi was excellent (paid $10/week) and they charged $2/child per day. Eh

We were right off US 36 which was handy. Seneca was a cute small town and had a few good restaurants and grocery. Bailey's is a very small campground next to a lake and golf course. Our spot, #20 was on the end so it was a tight fit getting out. It was a pull thru site and the pad was a split concrete with gravel in the middle. It was not easy lining the tires and levelers up to be all on the concrete or all on the gravel, but it worked. The staff was very nice and lived on site. The sites were close but we had no problem putting our slides out and parking our car.

The lady that, I guess, now owns the park is on site. She was there to greet us when we came in and available when we had questions. She was very friendly and helpful. The park is very well maintained. Everything was clean and working.
This RV Park is almost a necessity, good thing it is also very nice. Traveling across North Kansas on US 36 RV parks are few. My wife and I Winter in Texas and use this park coming and going. It is a small park concentrating on the best facilities rather than size.
All pads are concrete and long; we don't unhook our tow. The utilities are very convenient and hook up is easy. The bathrooms are big and very clean and comfortable. The laundry is also very big. The park is clean and neat and very well maintained.
You pay for what you use. There is a very inexpensive base price, then add wi-fi and cable if you want. The wi-fi was very good. You register by envelope in a slot. The owner/manager is often not on site as he runs a business down the street. He lives on site and can always be contacted by phone. I have met him and can tell you he is committed to the needs of his customers and the upkeep of the park.
There are attractive grass lawns surrounding a large pond and a walk around path or stop at the gazebo. The entire park overlooks a golf course.
The challenge is finding this park. It is behind a new motel/hotel called the "Settle Inn". The businesses are not related, just neighbors. Watch for the signs to turn to the park. The motel acts as a buffer for road noise and adds to the night lighting in the park which was already very good.
A Dollar General is next door, good place to stock up; we do.
